Very unorganized. The delivery teams and the schedulers are on different pages.

Arrived 2 hours before schedules delivery window. Delivery foreman did not like his job was not friendly or helpful. He threw the unit in and headed out with the operating Manuel. Bright spot was his assistant. Helpful and courteous

Damaged our walls while carrying the washer through our house, wore dirty boots throughout our house even after I asked them not to on the carpet. Had just moved in and cleaned the house and I was forced to shampoo the carpets and repair the dry wall. I was only offered a $50 gift card for compensation, will be going with a different company in the future.

We are having an error message on our brand new washer. The service provider assessed and stated that we need a new washer. My husband showed him that our microwave was also NEVER delivered when on the website it states it was delivered and installed. He said he would have someone to call me. No one ever called.

I never got anyone to install my washer because after, first, I was told I needed a tray underneath the washer, which was never mentioned anywhere, in a video I watched on what I needed to do prior to receiving the washer, and second, I was told I needed a plumber to come in and install the tray, which again, was never mentioned anywhere!!!!!!!!!!

did not complete the install, missing wrench for level did not install non skid pads, did not install caps for covering shipping bolt holes.

Cannot really mess up installation of a few hoses. But, installer made a mess and completely screwed up dryer installation.

I am still trying to get someone out to install it. I have spent a lot of time on hold... over 25 minutes trying to get help with this.

Due to the drain hose being too short to actually finish the installation. The rude men put the washer up against a workbench in the basement and left.

First, installers don’t wear shoe coverings. Everyone of them came in with their shoes on my carpets and into my home! Then the installers damage my wall, abandoned the project. What an experience!

products are great, but better off to get installation elsewhere. the team did not really want to do installation, first claimed they would not fit in the cabinet, which was not right because we had measured carefully and discussed with the sales person in store. they then said salespeople dont know anything! eventually left the new units in the living room and I had to get someone else to install - of course they fit perfectly.

Washer and dryer were delivered on time with no problems. The dryer was not properly prepped for side exhaust and they couldn't install the stack unit. We did the installation ourselves. Fortunately installing the side exhaust was fairly easy. Don't know why it wasn't done prior to deliverly.

Same thing it’s a Hoax. Ended up getting our professional installer. Best buy installer has too many restrictions like, knob of faucet not working, dryer vent must not be in the wall, etc

Bad service this is the second time I have had a very bad experience with the service.

Item NOT Delivered & NOT Installed which was suppose to have been included with my purchase. Best Buy rescheduled deliver & installation 4 times. Finally picked up ourselves & will install. I deserve some compensation for Best Buy not fulfilling their promise.

My delivery was scheduled between 12-6. I took the afternoon off waiting for the delivery. 7:00pm came, no delivery, no call. 8:00pm no delivery, no call. I called Best Buy to inquire when my wash machine would be delivered. They contacted dispatch and I was informed they were finishing another job. Delivery of my wash machine was at 8:45pm!

The installer attempted to install a new washing machine in a new home. When he was finished he started the machine on a quick wash to verify it was working and “clean the dust out” but he failed to connect the drain line before he left and ten minutes later I had a flood to mop up with water running through my basement ceiling.

My washer has been leaking since it was installed and I have received no response. My wall is now damaged from the leak

Hot and cold connections were switched with the initial installation resulting in an error message and machine shutdown. There was potential for ruined clothes since cold water selection was spewing hot water. Escalation team of Myia and Leon recognized the problem immediately, fixed it quickly, tested machine function, and resolved the issue. Both were extremely professional, knowledgeable, and helpful.

Failed to turn on the water. Installed wrong dryer vent so the unit did not fit in the closet. Now we need to have the washer replaced because it does not operate correctly. Then the first time they came to replace it they came to the wrong address. Total fail!
