They broke one of the hoses and I had to call a plumber but they were willing to compensate me

I have multiple issues with the installers: - Left a significant mess across the laundry room and adjoining hallway - Did not balance the washer well and it shakes significantly at times. I have self corrected this somewhat but it still is not balanced completely. - The delivery truck leaked a significant amount of oil in our driveway

The worst customer service experience ever. Multiple calls and attempts to have washer and dryer installed. It took 5 attempts to get this completed. I was told to call back for credit and I called back just from them to tell me sorry we can’t do that. After this experience it will be my last time shopping at Best Buy!!!

I ordered the washing machine for my Mother as a Mother’s day gift. Since she lives alone, I chose the option for installation and delivery for those reasons. “Absolutely NO installation was done” the Best Buy delivery man just dropped it off inside her kitchen, gave my Mother a manual for the item and went about his marry way. Very Disappointed with the service..

Messed up my walls moving the fridge, understandably, because my walls are narrow, but they tried to putty it in a magnificently terrible way. For the dryer installation, the gas pipe was too long but they didn't cut it and tried to cram it in the small space. I re-did everything FYI. They could have wrapped it with a blanket but didn't bother because they had other deliveries to make. I do not recommend them at all.

Purchased installation and take away because my mother is 80 years old a friend took the old one away so the new machine would have a clear spot to be put in. But the day of the delivery the worked said that the company does not allow them to install. So I will be asking for a refund because delivery was already paid for and the installation was not done

No fault of best buy, the delivery driver turned on washer after installed to shw it was working and let the cycle run...it would not drain at all. Had to have yhe come pick it back up for refund.

My washer was delivered and not fully installed. Best Buy sent an “installation team” over 5 different times. Each crew showed up and then refused to finish installing my washer/dryer. I am a single mom and live by myself and so I could not finish installing them myself. Very dissatisfied with the entire process.

The team sent to do this job was very unprofessional, joking around and not taking the work seriously. It took them 30 mins to do a job that another more professional team previously did in 10 min. I know that these jobs are contracted out but this team was not as professional as the installation services I’ve experienced from Best Buy in the past.

The installation people were unwilling to even try getting my washing machine past my chairlift and up the stairs. I can understand not being able to do it but it seems that they could have at least tried. I ended up having my son and one of his friends taking the washer up the stairs and connecting it and they had no problem getting it past the chairlift on the first try.

My washing machine was never installed the people who delivered it said they couldn’t hook it up and left it sitting in the middle of my basement they were horribly rude and messy left all the garbage from the packaging on the floor very disappointed. I’m still trying to find someone to install my washer for me

Received my washer and had and installation appointment today but no one ever came! I paid to have it installed and also spent my whole day waiting for them for nothing. It was a waste of my time and money. Now I have the washer and still can’t use it. This is not good business at all. I would never bother to pay for any extra services done by Best Buy again!

They said they would call to set up another spot not didn't. We're not willing to lift to take down. My son in law installed it.

The technician forgot some sort of bolt that comes with the washer I think it was the load bolt or barrel bolt or something along those lines. Either way he took it with him after the install, so when my orders to PCS came up and I couldn't be there the company refused to ship my washer because the bolts weren't in the washer.

My faucet now makes noises and vibrates when the cycle change from running water to washing or from rinsing to spinning setting. It is annoying I could not ask them any questions because they did not speak good English. They installed and turned water on tho make sure the water was running in the tub, then left. No guidance to show how to start a wash. I guess That’s why it comes with a handbook...

Delivered by one person (yes - just on person). Two hard drops on floor on the way to the laundry room. The wash temperature selector doesn't work correctly all the time (cold- cold wash usually) and 50% of the time the washing machine blows the circuit on my electrical panel during the spin cycle. Called Best Buy - very helpful- waiting for replacement next week.

Left the machine running without telling anybody. I will not recommend them to anyone

Ok beside they gave my water lines to someone else.

They didn’t install the new washer because they couldn’t move the old one out without moving the dryer, they said they couldn’t touch the dryer at all. I ended up moving the old washer and installing the new one myself. I never got a phone number to call to have anybody pick up the old washing machine.

This was not needed to set up my washer and dryer. I think this should not be offered unless you know you need it
