they get me with these reviews this is the part that I had to buy with the wash machine is a lot of different parts you have to buy

Bad install. The installers damaged the brand new walls and cabinet. How are you going to address this ?

Purchase the washer on May 10, 2024, and didnt received it until 3 weeks later. Then when they brought the washer they didnt hook it up or haul away the old one.

Disappointed that nobody told me they broke my washer drainage pan while installing.

I didn’t get the help I was expecting. They didn’t help me with the installation because I had my old one there and the guy told me he couldn’t install the washer for that reason. I thought they could help me move it to the side since we have plenty of space in order to install the new one. Oh well I guess that’s too much work for them

Installer left defective machine without testing. During use the tub bangs around making a terrible sound and my dirty laundry pile is getting higher and higher. Installer returned and declared replacement needed. Attempt at re-delivery made on a Saturday without notifying me first, I was not at home. Washer sitting unused and unusable. No one has called to re-schedule or apologize. What did I pay for?

Worst install cold water was leaking . Called Best Buy after being phone 40 mins and hang up on after being put on hold for 5 time. I went out bought new cold water hose and fixed by self. Not looking forward any major issues and really needing service repair done by Best Buy. Love the washer !

Unimpressed with the team that installed my washer. They kicked over my dogs water bowl spilling about half a gallon of water all over the floor. They acted as if they did not even notice it and tracked through it continuing to kick the bowl until I stop them and said I needed to clean it up. At which point They stood there and watched me clean it up and never once apologized for making a huge mess.

Installers broke my water pipe and j had to pay $326 to get it fixed. Filed a claim and it was denied. Said the jnstallers claim they did nothing wrong. Trying to figure out who else i can contact

The third party company Best Buy hires here in Puerto Rico is awful. They do the bare minimum and left without installing an extension hose on the washing machine water drainage. I had to call my father-in-law to help me move the stacked units. Do not rely on the third party to do their job.

Was so delayed Took 3 attempts - people did not show up on the 2 . The first one did not have the stacking set . Why will I buy stackable and the stacking unit not included ? Makes me not want to buy at Best Buy anymore . I bought a lot of appliances there and computers and monitors in the past few years !

Washer never arrived and therefore was never installed

Hoses were reversed. Husband had to move machine off pedastal to disconnect/reconnect. Duh.

Delivery men damaged our dry wall carrying the old washer out. They told me to call a phone number and they would take care of the damage. I called the number and the man never returned my phone call. So we now have a damaged wall that we will have to pay to have repaired. Not happy.

The team was to call me 20 mins before installation (and didn’t), showed up before assigned time and did not install the washer!

They connected the hot water on the cold water section and it was causing my washer to over heat

Terrible. I purchased a dryer install and they never installed it. The delivery guys said they were only there to drop it off. I ended up hooking it up myself and Best Buy did very little to compensate me for this huge inconvenience. This service is not completed by Geek Squad and is outsourced to a terrible comlany.

They were lazy told me they couldn't do it trying to make me look stupid telling me my drain pipe was in the basement when i knew it wasn't the 2 guys were very unprofessional

Technician didn’t use the parts that was purchased to hook up the main washer, most of the hoses are from previous washer and dryer. Also for the smaller 1.0 washer wasn’t hooked up. The Technician left the smaller washing machine on my garage floor and it’s been over 2 weeks ago.

They dented my new washer so bad it cracked the finish
