The installer claimed he could not install the unit it our laundry room and convinced me to let him leave the unit in my garage until he could get it sorted out. He never did. I had to pay someone else $180 to install the unit.

Not worth paying for this if its not offered for free. They ended up refusing to install because i had purchased my own washer hoses and didnt buy through them. Save yourself the hassle and just dont get it and do it yourself. All you get is some smart remark from the installer

Hello, the original people that came to install the washing machine claimed we didn't have the necessary hook ups so they just left the washer/dryer in the garage. We had to call back to have other installers from best buy come to install the machines which the new installers said we had everything we needed. The original installers were just lazy and caused unnecessary confusion.

One person walked in without his mask after he saw both me and my roommate wearing ours for their protection. Nobody followed social distancing. In fact they followed me into my very small laundry room to the point we were shoulder to shoulder. I was very uncomfortable and will never have in home services again until the the pandemic is over.

I am not happy with installation. I purchased new hoses for washer. Best Buy delivery guy was unable to install..said I would have to get plumber. More expense for me. He was also unable to use old platform from Whirlpool washer. He told me I would have to buy new platform. More expense for me.

They brought the wrongs machines so I refused them. They were damaged as well. They also asked “did I want them anyway”. I told kid him no and to put them back on the truck…

They would not install if I did not purchase their kit even though all hoses were brand new and already professionally installed by a plumber and electrician. This was not disclosed when I scheduled installation. So they did not perform the service.

lazy installers had to call in my apartment maintenance people because the installers from best buy wanted to leave without installing and were lying to me and the maintenance guy to get out of the work order early

Item was installed even though dented. Horrible 800 number customer service.

Geek squad need retrain them people well. They came saw my valve and said they wouldn't touch it cause my water valve leaking but it wasn't just some water need be drain down. After they left I did it myself from washer hose connected to valve it was easy simple.

Had geek squad for repair in washer. Today we had them come to repair the dryer. Had bad attitude from the start. No explanation for the banging said a screw or coin but didn’t find one. No resolve

Installed and working great so far. Recommended to buy from another store like Lowes

I specifically bought this washer and dryer because they were stackable. I repurchased everything necessary to make the install go smooth. Not only did they not tell me I needed a "stacking kit" they didn't have one in the truck in case a customer did need it. Made the whole installation process mostly pointless. Had to do a lot myself after they left and I went myself to buy the stackable kit!

Going to keep this real simple . . . Sloppy installers who drag hunks of mud on the bottom of the machine . In addition the water hoses were hooked up crisscrossed . This what I waited 4 months for . I just want good service .

What a disaster, the first washer was damaged, and from January to March there was every excuse why we didn’t get a replacement. Soured us on major appliances from BestBuy

The guy left the water line a little loose and it was dripping. No big deal I just tightened it up. They were polite.

Overall installation is OK. Washer installation is fairly simple, but the installer switched hot and cold line. I had to figure out why my cold wash comes out hot after spin. It turns out incorrect connection of water line. Disappointed!

The guys showed up hours before my appointment which wouldve been fine if i had been home but i was at work when they showed up.

They did not install my washer because i lived in an apartment building. They were rude and unprofessional. Then they have on the website that the installation was completed. I still can't use my washing machine 2 weeks later because it is not hooked up. They don't install unless you live in a private house. I am very disappointed and i am waiting on them to pick up the washer for a return.
