These guys said they wouldn't fit in our basement turned around. They left, I called them and told them to just sit them in our living room and my boyfriend and I would bring them down ourselves. They brought them back in and told us when they don't fit call them and if there is no damage they will come and pick them back up. Well we never had to call them cause they are hooked up in our basement with no damage.

One hose got busted and flooded the room, and it was connected wrong (hot to cold).

The would not install because my faucet was leaking a bit, i was shocked to know that the installation was just to connect the 2 pipes, which i think my 3 year old can do that. They did not even lavel the washer properly.

The would touch my old washer or install new one since there was green on my pipes. Wish they would have warned me in advance.

After installation I was not able to close the door of my utility room. The placement of the dryer and washer was wrong. Its very frustrating to transfer clothes from washer to dryer because both open opposite sides. Those who came to install dint even care to place those correctly. Very disappointed with the service.

Washer was installed improperly, technician broke valve in laundry room. The water damaged not only the laundry room, but the ceiling in the room below. It has been two weeks and we have not received a response from the third party administrator who is paying our claim.

Best Buy is using Third party for installation and delivery. This is there 4 visit after the all communication mess up between best buy and third party. Everything was good till i started using the washing machine. It looks like they forgot to screw the pedestal with washing causing the machine vigorously shaking up during spinning. Expecting 7 visit now, Hopefully this will be the last one.

 I will never buy another item from Best Buy ever again you have lost my business because you’re a horrible company that refuses to reimburse me the money that I had to pay out of my pocket to Fix all of the damage.

On the Day it was suppose to be delivered, the installer did not have all the parts and told us that the units should not be stack, but we bought stackable units. Had to wait another week to get the parts and another day or two to have someone to install the units. About the worst services from Best Buy that I have recieved.

I ordered a Samsung washer with free installation and they delivered it into my house and shortly after they left. During this time, my builder was there at my new build so he can receive the delivery in my place. He ended up installing and hooking up the washer himself because the guys just left the machine in my laundry room and left.

You must choose both which leads to confusion as they may take your stuff instead of relocating it to your garage as you intended. Also, do not let grandma stand in for you in your stead as she will only further complicate matters. I am reliving the horrors of The Brave Little Toaster from my childhood regarding my former washer and dryer. I failed you! I wanted to find a nice new home for you! But I failed!

The guys DID NOT KNOW WHAT TO DO. THEY SAID THAT MY WASHER HOT WATER INLET WAS DRIPPING AND SO COULD NOT INSTALL AND ADVISED TO REPLACE THE WATER INLET. I CALLED A TECHNICIAN FROM DIFFERENT COMPANY AND THEY SAID THAT THE WATER INLET WAS PERFECTL FINE AND DID NOT NEED REPLACEMENT. I HAD TO PAY extra 300$ TO THE PROFESSIONAL.

i'D give 0 if it would let me. Set date for delivery and driver took unit back and after 3 weeks couldn't find unit anywhere and said they must have been resold. I would have to order another new one. After complaining to just about anyone that would listen to me at Best Buy (right on up to the top person) it was a Miracle ....POOF ** the units appeared and were delivered and installed.

I had delivery and installation on my purchased, but these were too lazy yo install my items..left them for me to install them. I installed my items the same day. They found some excuses to give their boss.

They hooked the hot to the cold and cold to the hot. Left puddle of water on floor. I never saw them put a level on the washer to ensure it was level. They did call in advance. The first time item was to be delivered they called the night before to confirm deliver. The next day they never called to tell me it was backordered two weeks.

This has been the most frustrating purchase ever . I ordered a washer,dryer and 2 petals the first week of NOVEMBER 2022 and I still have not received my complete order as of today August 5 2023. Never again.

The installers showed up at my house three hours later than the scheduled window. They were far behind and in a hurry to get done. I made a mistake by accepting their word that everything was fine without checking myself. It turned out that the machine was not in place and not leveled. The installation of the water lines was poor. I had to move the machine into place, do t he leveling and rework the hoses.

The workers were not very nice, I wish they had better customer service since they are also working for Best Buy

The delivery driver refused to install the washer correctly. He also refused the remove and haul away the old washer. We requested both when we purchased the washer but told he would not take it away. We asked him to contact his boss and he refused. Never dealt with anyone with very little interest in making things right.

Installation technician does not know how to install this equipment. Water poured all over our floor. Have scheduled 3 different appointments with Best Buy. They have confirmed the appointments, but have never showed up. This is the worst service I have ever experienced ... actually, no service. Will likely return everything and repurchase from a more dependable retailer. Won't be hard to find a better one.
