The delivery driver refused to install the washer and I can’t get it level

Unfortunately, the crew would not install the factory pedestal I purchased because it wasn't from Best Buy. It was not in stock at BB so I got one from a local appliance store. It was the correct one but they said they couldn't because of the liability. I get it but just disappointed. They didn't hook the washer up at all.

The two men removed the old washing without any problems. They reversed the hot and cold hoses and left.

turned it on and left and i had to disconnect reconnect push the house down further in drain just to get the door to unlock to start laundry... Installers failed to wait and make sure we could use the washer. Grade for delivery and installation "F"

THE WORST SERVICE I HAD EVER RECEIVED. Did not installed (partly my fault), washer arrived with missing parts. No-one in Best Buy had responsibility to help with missing parts. One of the on-the-phone representatives was mocking me and in the end put me on PERMANENT HOLD - after waiting for AN HOUR, I hung up.

They delivered the washer but did not install it. The drain hose was not long enough and they took the old one which had a coupling to attach another hose to reach the drain. Instead of making it work, they simply said they couldn't do it and left. I was assured I wouldn't be charged but was.

Delivery is a 6 hour window. Either 7-1 or 12-6 I asked the day before and they said I will get a call 2 hours ahead and then a 30min notice call. I got the 30min call and when I mentioned the 2 hour notice the guy said they don't do that. The dryer was by my back door and couldn't close the door from where they left it.

Never showed up. Marked my job as done. Called a few times and was told they would install my washer when they finished the job they were on. Then I got a call that they refused to come back. Only gave 1 star because there isn’t a zero

I paid for installation but did not get it because they said my water valves were to old. I showed them that they worked perfectly well but they still refused and left the washer in the middle of the floor and left. I had to do the install myself!

Delivery teams get pushed really hard to maximize time at each stop. Install never happened

Installers hooked up wrong hoses to Hot/Cold lines.

THE INSTALLATION WAS DONE WRONG. THEY USED THE OLD HOOK-UPS FROM MY PREVIOUS WASHER AND THE NEW WASHER LEAKED ALL OVER MY FLOOR AND WARPED THE LAMINATE FLOORING. WE HAVE FILED A CLAIM WITH BEST BUY, BUT HAVE YET TO HEAR BACK????

The first delivery attempt, the installers told us we didn't have all the necessary connections, and I would have to reschedule. Went back to the store and found out that the parts in question were included with the machine. The main guy even commented that for a tip He could hope me up with the accessory from another customer

color wash was rinsing in hot water. I found that the cold water inlet hose has been connected to the hot water tap. I had to change two water inlet by myself.

The installers called me the morning of the installation to asked me if they could come in earlier than the arranged 12-6pm time. I had plans already, but since they said they could show within 45 minutes of the call I agreed to change my plans. Well, the 45 minutes were really over 2 hours!!!! They were very unprofessional.

The delivery people tries to take the wrench & the plastic U tube to hold the water line going out to the drain. I had to ask them 3 times about it then they decided to finally give it back to me saying I don't need it. How else would the drain hose stay in place & how would I level out the washer & dryer ? Watch out!!!

The good: arrived within the scheduled time window; got rid of our old washer and dryer. The bad: the water pipes are misconfigured; left lots of mark on the wall when moving the appliances around,; hard to get hold of customer support after installation to fix the washer installation issue.

We are having a problem with the dryer door closing while we are transferring clothes from the washer. We have called and been handed from one person to the next, but no one is helping

No one showed up for the appointment despite several email reminders. Despite this, Best Buy even had the gall of showing online in my account that the installation service was complete. Very unprofessional, and both online chats and call centers are unresponsive at worst, and not helpful at best.

I would not recommend buying a washer or cloth dryer from Best Buy. They subcontract installation. They rushed installation and did an extremely poor job of installation. Had them back 3 times and they had to replace the washer and dryer. Best Buy is excellent on TV or anything that their own Geek Squad employees install.
