Use third party contractors. First contractors. Another bad experience after dishwasher fiasco a month earlier.

Terrible service. Refused to install after assessing the pipes were old?? Wrong diagnosis. Left us in a bad place. Do not buy home delivery as it is a bait-and-switch. They left the washer in the middle of the hallway and walked out! Absolutely unprofessional.

the guys who came out said i didn't order everything and told me i needed to pay 100 or they would have to reschedule with a fee. they only accepted cash ap or zelle they also told me not to tell anyone or they would get fired. i felt forced to pay the money since i needed my washer and dryer installed

The delivered was very poor my daughter said they hits the washer against the wall several times

Thee delivery guys came and literally plugged my washer in and left. They said “run a cycle and call Best Buy if any issues”. When they left mid way through the cycle the pipe they screwed the washer into came loose because they didn’t tighten it and it flooded my basement! Horrible service!

did not hook up water hoses properly, had them reversed. Did not remove all stickers

We order this new washing machine for our new home, we requested that it be delivered as early as possible, and were told that Monday would be the earliest, after taking the day off, they came to our house and wouldn't install the washer, because it was on the second floor and the drainage pan wasn't the correct size. That's all fine and dandy, except that they never requested a drainage pan.

The first crew that they sent out obviously didn’t know what they were doing. Didn’t even bring the necessary tools for the install. The second crew (1 week later) knew what they were doing and re-did everything that the first crew messed up (washer hoses on backwards, dryer vent vent up and not installed correctly)

Delivery was awful and they left without it working. Made me call an electrician just to press the reset button. They were very unprofessional and cost me more money than it should have. They also charged me to put on platform or they would tell it back.

I was not happy when they were unable to connect both water plugs. I had to call a plumber the next day.

I paid extra so I can have it install and the man did not installed it for me. I had to call my brother for him to do it for me. I also never got a refund for paying to have it install.

They just plugged it in to make sure it works. They didn't take out the installation bolts or hook up the hoses correctly. Also they left the installation pack inside the washer. I found it and fixed it all correctly.

The delivery person barged in and brought the items into the house from the wrong doorway without permission and installed on the old drain pan unprofessionally, unexpectedly and without proper authorization. The technician left without testing the new appliance for leakage, basic operation and inspection to be ready to use. Despite all this the delivery person called the police to safeguard himself.

The install was delayed and the delivery men hit our walls and ultimately had to come back and reset up.

They would not install the washer. The hoses they had were too short. This is a lame excuse. I will never order appliances from them again.

I had the worst experience ever when we purchased a new washer from Best Buy We needed the washer soon and the delivery date kept getting rescheduled & it took 3 weeks to see the new washer I am very disappointed in Best Buy & will not ever purchase an appliance from you again!!!

The team was on time and completed the installation quickly but they made a big mistake. They did not leave me with the shipping bolts for the washer which I will need when I move. I'm now ready to move and I have to buy this kit. I called Bestbuy customer service and they are unwilling to pay for the kit.

Even though it was a major part of our installation (they also never installed the machine... they only dropped it in my driveway) they never took away the old machine leaving it to us to dispose of it... No compensation was ever offered or paid to us.. Health concern was cited. A bad experience and not what we agreed to.
