They never installed our washer. It was left for my husband to do on his own. The delivery men didn’t even assist him with getting the washer into our laundry room or removing our old washer. I had to schedule them to come back to pick up two days later. Very disappointed with the delivery process.

2 young guys came and didnt even install the washer and dryer, talking about the faucet valves being corroded and the gas they said we needed another valve. we hired a professional to come out he said that was a lie and he installed the washer and dryer within 30 minutes. why did best buy hire these guys to come out and waste my time? I have used the washer and dryer now for 2 months now.

The installation of my washer and dryer was a disaster. They were unable to connect the dryer to the gas line and they never removed the packing bolts from the washer. This caused the washer to vibrate and emit a horrendous squeal when it was run for the first time. The install instructions clearly state to remove the bolts. I don’t know if there is any permanent damage

I believe the contractor for my first install was XPO Logistics. The delivery men could damaged one of the pedastals, broke my front door, and got in a fight in my home. I thought I was going to have to call the police.

This review deals ONLY with the installation team. First, let me say, the team is a third party, NOT directly affiliated with retail stores, other than to provide delivery. That being said, the installation team MUST receive training on proper home etiquette and how to listen to customers. I made no great demands and never raise my voice or swore; however, that etiquette was not reciprocated.

the delivery person was rude and called me names. he threaten me not to deliver, and i sent in one of the recording of him doing that. i will never have best buy deliver anything to me! manager Conner was supposed to take care of this and never did. best by is not really doing their job in taken care of the situation.

Do not get installation from Best Buy! We like the washer & dryer, and. the price was good, but the installers didn't actually hook up the appliances. It led to our laundry room flooding and leaking through to the first floor. BEWARE, hire a separate installation service if possible.

Bad experience when I got my washer for waiting 3 weeks when they arrived they said over the phone they do not install they only deliver they only install to special apartments or a basement what kind of excuse is that? When you purchase something that come with installment and they say they can’t dont accept it and get on the phone with customer service!! Simple as that!

First delivery = severely damaged machine that couldn't be part of a stack. Second delivery = canceled by them. Third = they actually showed up and did it. Took nearly a month though. Each time, even though it's THEIR fault each time, you get sent to the back of the delivery & installation queue.

Still waiting since before Christmas . New washer was delivered broken. Best Buy has been here at least 5 times with the wrong orders. Waited all day and no one showed up to installation for the last appointment. This experience has been a nightmare. I don’t have a working washer. The new dryer does work.

They don't do the calibration. They don't level the machine. It's a delivery

Bad service. Rush the delivery. Hose from old washer had water and leaked all over my carpet. Delivery people did not take old washer to the truck, instead set it in the hallway while putting in the new washer. Damaged my dryer door while installing the washer. Going through Best Buy claims for damages now. Matching washer less than 6 months old through Best Buy also.

It would have been a perfect review if the delivery men had not left the accessory pack in the truck and left with it. When I called the 800 delivery number, the person had no idea what I was talking about. I had to call the store and personally went there to pick up another pack from the salesperson.

Follow an alert from the driver that he is on his way, they arrived as promised on time, dismantled the machine outside the house and moved it at ease to the final location. While one stayed indoor to make the final connections the other man stayed outside to clean the cardboards. Very polite and service with smile

I was lied to in store or by the installer. I was told i would be able to return my electrical and dryer hookups and use my own. Installer said no. Cost me over 60$. Also installers kept arguing about stacking the wash/dryer when it was on the paper

They could not install the washer due to a broken valve.

Did not install the washer hoses since the new hoses were not bought at BestBuy. The installer wanted the hoses must bought from BestBuy. Not informed by the Sales Associates of this requirement.

Installers left my home, telling me to let cycle run. Cycle remained running stuck on timer. Shut down and restarted and timer stuck again. Thought problem with washer but realized tub was not filling. Found water was blocked and not turned on. They could not have checked for leaks. Worked fine after water valves opened. Installers were 1 1/2 hours late from promised time window to install.

awful installation by a 3rd party best buy uses. needed to come back three times to make it right, each time required a 45 minute call to set that up and explain situation

When I purchased the washer they indicated they would install the washer and stack my dryer. When the washer was delivered they did not install the washer or stack the dryer indicating that both had to be purchased. This was not clear when I bought and I had specifically indicated that I would need an already owned dryer stacked.
