They carried the old one out, which we paid for. Then they carried the new one in. But I hooked it up.

My service was horrible they never hooked anything up and on top of that they never removed my bolts from my washer so when I finally asked my uncle to help me hook it up. It gave me a UR code and no matter how much clothes I put in or how much clothes I take out it’s constantly giving me that code.

First installation team installed washing machine wrong . Had no washer for 1 week had to have another team come a week later with a new washer because we thought the first one was broken when it was just that the washing machine wasn’t hooked up properly . Second team did good

I rescheduled during the pandemic for june when they could resume installation and pick up. They called, emailed and emailed confirmation. I stayed at home all day long and no one showed up. The installation wasnt really needed but the pick up was. Now I have a washing machine that doesnt run sitting next to my new one.

Best buy confirmed the installation of the pedestal, the gentlemen refused and told my wife that he is in a RUSH. He suppose to take the old washer with him, but refuse to since the pedestal was attached to it... i spoke with him in the phone he was rude and does not wanted to wait or listen....... please make sure confirm with the store what services include with the delivery.

The delivery men seemed to be confused s to how to attach a pedestal drawer to a washing machine. Took them a half hour just to figure it out. then attached it with only 3 screws stay if it start to vibrate off just call and have someone come out and put in the fourth screw! also, supposed to get refunded for a hose that I bought and didn't. Had to call an make a complaint.

Had to be rescheduled 6 times by the completely unprofessional delivery company contracted by Best Buy. One time guys showed up and did not want to haul away old washer because it’s on the second floor. Instead of saying that, they said “I’ll be right back” and never came back. Many more false promises that I won’t go into detail about. Absolutely horrendous experience.

The Best Buy installers are a joke I will never have them bring anything else to my house I had appointment for 12-5 and they were supposed to call before coming but showed up at 10 and I had to leave work

Truck was three hours late. No communication from delivery truck

I love Best Buy - But the gentlemen (and I use that sparingly) who installed my machine were abysmal! I have never, in my life, had such a horrible experience. I think this was a fluke, but Best Buy...beware! One guy was almost ok - the other was down right scary. I think he was doing harm to the 1st guy's career just by association. On that point - never again.

HORRIBLE. The lines were hooked up wrong. So if your clothes are coming out steaming hot after a cold wash, something’s wrong. You are better off setting it up yourself. I would have chosen no stars but it made me choose one.

Purchased a new top loading washer. Previously had a stacking washer. The dryer was still working, so wanted to replace just the washer. Installers arrived and told my wife that they do not disconnect and haul away stackable washers. They just dropped off the new washer in the garage.

Delivery drivers had the hoses tangled and never leveled my washer and left w/ the skid pads and leg wrench, Still waiting to get the wrench and pads . Calling them is useless. Argued with me that it didn't come w/ a wrench.

the installer clearly saw the dryer on the pedestal just like the broken washer was on, & he hauled it w/ the washer. when confronted about it after job was done, he brought pedestal back, but said he could not put it underneath the washer that he just installed. although clearly, it should have been put on the pedestal in the 1st place, and never hauled off!

Unit was brought in and set in place and the men left. They did not hook it up and put it in operation or demonstrate the unit. I had to hook it up and then read the manually to run it and see that it worked, This review is for the installation service ONLY and not for the washing machine which is excellent.

The installers messed up and had to return four times, they then charged extra for their errors. This also meant four days staying home waiting for them to be rude and unprofessional. Next time I need appliances, I’ll go elsewhere.

The washing machine was installed, but the installers removed some parts necessary for future moving. After we called Best Buy they scheduled a follow up call, but they never showed up. The sub-contractor damaged our driveway and is still not providing support to address the problem. I would not recommend them at all.

The installation team is HORRIBLE. Not only did I have to pickup the wash machine hose, it took several attempts to get a complete installation. The technicians were in a hurry and did not wait to ensure the water hose was connected to the right component. It took three (3) times to have this completed.

I had to re-install both machines as the delivery guys said their equipment was not long enough to reach the vents.

The delivery people ran into an issue when they delivered the washer. The valve needed to be replaced, which is an appliance repair, but they wouldn't install the washer until we replaced it. I ended up hiring a plumber to replace the valve and having him install the washer. First time I've had this issue with Best Buy so I'll recommend the installation for now.
