Installation went ok but was charge extra for unnecessary “water hammer arresters”

The guys were nice, but the washer wasn’t hooked up correctly and it flooded our bathroom, living room and spare bedroom. The carpet has to be replaced because it was soaked. We just moved in so this was super disappointing.

Had to stop guy from leaving to test washing machine. I would not recommend him to deliver another appliance.

I got the GE Stackable washer/dryer and unfortunately all of the water lines/gas lines were incompatible with the way that my home was designed so I had to get the washer and dryer returned. I was still charged for the installation, but fortunately customer service gave me a gift card back.

If I could give less than one star I would! Three times the technician came out and, in the end, my husband still ended up Installing. Waste if money and time. I recommend installing yourself if you want less headaches. The customer service was horrible as well. The call center would hang up the moment you politely asked for a manager or said there was an issue with the install.

This not at all related to the delivery company or delivery team. My experience with Best Buy (BB) has been AWFUL. Numerous issues, errors and delays. I would NOT recommend BB to anyone.

installers managed to mess up what I would think are the two simplest things - first they mixed up the hot and cold lines into the washer and second they didn't tighten them all the way so I had a water leak down the back of my new washer, and the floor, on the first wash.

First washer that was delivered was defective and flooded out my entire laundry room. I was told by your people you would make good but nothing has happened yet. Also filed a damage claim and have heard nothing back.

They guys didn't hook it up correctly so we had a leak in the basement.

Good job installing however they scratched the top in several places....

The installer is not a true applucance installer, rather it's a delivery person who does plug-and-play.

My delivery appt was reached multiple times due to their mistakes. From time of purchase to delivery would have been 3 weeks. Got a refund and went elsewhere and had a washer in 4 days

Installation of this washing machine was promised, although was not even attempted. The servicemen stated that there was no split-valve for hot/cold water. However, later the landlord was able to install the machine without difficulty.

If I could have no stars I would. They brought out the new washer and said a plumber would have to fix the water hookup. Then they never came back. The plumber hooked up the washer for me but now I have the old one sitting in my garage. Shoddy customer service

The delivery truck showed up on the scheduled day and on time. But they did not have the washer on the truck. How does this happen? Re-scheduled for another day they showed up with the washer, amazing. Two hours late, as they said they were lost. Had to tighten hose fittings as after a couple of days they began dripping. I will not buy anything from Best Buy that requires delivery.

Worst Install ever!!! Do not use them to install. They said a had a leak. No leak prior to install and that I needed to pay a plumber. Plumber came and and said there was no issue. Had to pay $150 to the plumber. Call customer service for my install refund 4 calls later still no refund!

Purchased new washer and dryer. Dryer was defective, and I had to wait almost 3 weeks for my replacement Dryer. I had to go dry at the laundromat. Very disappointed it took long to get the replacement.
