Its says service complete but that's not true. I have never seen a delivery like this. It was terrible to say the least. It was so bad that I want to return the items. I talked to Adam yesterday and he said that someone will come today to finish between 7-1 and I haven't received a text or any notifications.

Terrible. Got an email about the time they were suppose to come cancelling for a week out on a day we stayed we clearly couldn’t do it. Ended up going to pick it up and soemone was suppose to get back to me and never did

My wife called and said they couldn't carry it up the stairs, given I do have a 2 story house on stilts ( so tech had to go up 3 stories) I was just frustrated BBC I went out of my way when buying to ask if they could do it and told them how hard it would be and to bring 3 guys. So I had to leave work to come help, I would have just bought it and brought home if I knew.

Horrible....washer doesn’t work Third party driver cancelled 3times to swap out the defected washer...then was a no call no show the 4th time. I told Best Buy refund my money.... and pick up both washer and dryer. Let’s see tomorrow...if they cancel the pick up smh smh Purchased in September 2020

2 years later Valves had problems as well as Control Assembly send a plumber to find out Installation was backwards Hot water where the Cold one is supposed to go, Now I have to buy a new again

Washer is leaking all over the floor during use, someone is scheduled to come look at it but I feel like for 1000$ I should have a wash that works perfectly and they should have checked it’s functionality before the installation was done

Delivered washer on October 31st, but installation wasn't finished until next day ir the day after, don't really remember. They "installed" on the 31st but i couldn't wash that day. I have to call and tell them that it wasn't working. They showed up a day or two after and finished the installation.

Worst n And disappointing experience as the washer moved and obstructes the laundry door. On schedulaing we had to wait 3 days for the appointment where are wet clothes were still in the washer.

Horrible, they tried to get me to let them leave it in my garage saying that it didn’t have the steam kit but it was inside the dryer! They never bothered to check. I had to install it myself luckily I got them to take it upstairs for me like they were supposed to.

delivery guys did not give me this items. My washer is already unbox when they moved down from the truck. I saw them using to adjust the washer height but took it with them.

So far I have no complaints but time will tell ill post a follow up

Went to do the first load and all water NOT turned on. Washer went to spin cycle and was bouncing all over the floor. The bolts that keeps the drum in place were not removed.

They never installed washer just left it in the hallway in front of apartment door. not only that but hoses that I purchased where way to short had to go out and buy longer hoses to get someone to install washer. it also didn't come with instructions on how to use the washer.

I am truly disappointed with the delivery and install company. Installed a damaged machine with inferior equipment rather than the equipment purchased. I have yet to get an answer why they installed the machine with rubber hoses when stainless steel hoses were purchased.

The delivery guys refused to do the installation even though sales paperwork clearly states the installation and the warehouse office representative told them through the phone that installation is stated on the statement.

Didn’t install. They said I needed to call a plumber in order to take the hose off and put the new ones off. I didn’t need to call a plumber. I did it myself in 10 minutes with a little elbow grease.

They said the water valve handle was “rusted” and refused to install. Got a friend over to hook it up and had zero issues. Ridiculous because this was for my mothers house, meanwhile they just installed my new washer at my house with MUCH older water valve handles, definitely rusted but they did it there?!

I don't know how I keep my composure but the installation folks almost dropped my new machine down my stairs in my brand-new constructed home my heart was in my throat luckily I had other workers in my home at the same time and they were able to help the geek squad folks get a handle on the product so I didn't fall, staircase but it was extremely close to doing so

Not best experience if you can install yourself be better if ya did

Did not install washer i had to do it myself. Would not recommend
