No one called or text before they arrive. I used this for a rental home and they just showed up and didn't bother to call or text to say they're there. Their procedure is to call 30 minutes before arrive, none of that happened.

Installers broke a part of the washer pedestal and did not tell me. They were in a hurry to leave.

They will only install if you have the "perfect setup". I was informed immediately that they were not allowed to touch my washer due to the hose that was on there already was too long, even though I had to purchase new hoses. They dropped the new washer off and told me to get a handyman to install the new one and then they would come back and p/u the old one.

They delivered me damaged washing machines twice! They finally managed to deliver a non damaged machine and the install guy left without setting up the dryer or stacking kit. Tried to call customer service and they ignored me. Really disappointing as I used to love going into the store- but after this experience I’ll stick to other retailers.

Be very careful they will not do everything the guy in the store will tell you they do

Installation still pending. 3 week after buying. Guys who came to deliver weren't able to figure out how to install it, and the whole back side pipes & cables are a mess. Why would you mark installation complete, without doing it !!!!

Plugged washer into wrong outlet. Could not do laundry and use other appl. Took 5 calls for anyone to come out and correct this. Was only a 5 minute fix. If you talk to store manger, they tell you it is not their problem.

They never took shipping bolts out of back. After2 loads of bearing on the washer I realized the install guys never removed the bolts. Now it works great. If issues in the future I will be requesting anew washer o best buy

I am quite confused by this feature. Where I live in Hawaii, i don’t think installation is even offered. In fact, the delivery folks didn’t stick around long because they were behind in their delivery schedule. Is this a poor marketing feature badly explained by Best Buy for bigger appliances?

Didn’t secure drain hose therefore had water every where including my downstairs. Store was unable to help resolve the issue had to hire a plumber. Best Buy has terrible customer service or should i say no customer service. So much for free installation.

We were very disappointed in the installation process. Seemed like the installers were only interested in getting in and getting out. Initial installation had to be fixed by a second installation.Not what I expected from Best Buy.

Not geek squad doing the installation as you will be lead to believe but, rather a third party company that really doesn't care about your items. The way my washer and dryer were slammed around as they unpacked them and removed them from the truck, I'm surprised they actually work.

Efficient and on time... but not level, so spin cycle is LOUD

Watch out for your washer installers - the switch hot and cold supply. Plus did not insert drain tube in drain, which resulted in flooding. Unacceptable. Make them run an entire wash cycle before they leave

They did not explain anything--machine was on but it stalled

The first deli never made it the delivery truck driver lied and said he call to get the apartment number but that was a lie, this company did nothing to make it right... I’ll definitely be buying the matching dryer from Conn’s who was my first choice from the beginning

The men who delivered the machine did not install it. The machine's drain hose could not reach the drain pipe, so they just left the machine and told me to call a plumber. VERY POOR SERVICE.

did not have the authority to replace plumbing fixtures..had to get a plumbler to complete.

My washer has not worked since your tech installed the base. Its been almost a month I have been without a washer. I been getting the run around and no results. The washer is a few months old. I'm still waiting for a call back.
