Still not delivered 2 months after purchase. Tried calling Best Buy. Spoke to a supervisor by the name of Daniel. Said will call me back within 24-48 hours but he did not.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! NO ONE WORE MASKS DURING COVID AROUND MY 88 YR OLD MOTHER, THEY WERE RUDE, WOULD NOT ANSWER HER QUESTIONS AND LEFT WITHOUT HER EVEN KNOWING IT. ALSO SAID THEY WERE NOT TAKING THE OLD APPLIANCE EVEN THOUGH 'HAUL AWAY' WAS PAID FOR!!

Best Buy used to have great delivery and installation service. Not anymore. The service guys were so negative and unpleasant, that I ended up canceling my order and getting the washer and dryer elsewhere.

Delivery team refused to level the washing machine.

Delivery drivers refused to install the washer I purchased siting it was a liability issue. Why offer installation if you won't install. Furthermore, I still have the hoses that where part of the supposed installation on my bill that I said I no longer wanted. Great machine, lousy delivery.

washing machine was not installed, they dropped off the machine said they couldnt install the new machine and left my water off and hoses hanging in my sink. i reached out to best buy and still waiting for help

The men failed to pick up the old washer and dryer and had to reschedule this appointment

The delivery guys hooked up the cold water to the hot and vice versa. Washing machine was giving me an error...had to look up in manual, realized they hooked it up wrong and then fixed myself.

Make sure pass by installers come in because in my case Best Buy send me a different company to install it they did a very horrible job they left paper and the washing machine After they were testing it and left in a hurry I had other items installed by Best Buy and they did an excellent job so make sure Best Buy installs it

Nope. The companies hired are third company. It is terrible to reach them, you'll need to get through best buy first. The miscommunication has made them come out twice and then I had to hire someone else on my own to get the job done. They also damaged the wall/private property.

get had delivery no install had a damaged washer they had me drop it back off after i pick it up from the store than I had to wait for delivery of the replacement

ZERO STARS. I paid for removal and installation. Best Buy dumped the box, said they were coming back, never returned, still won't reply, won't return calls. I had to pay someone else to do it.

I paid for installation; however, it could not be installed because apparently when you buy a stackable washer and dryer an installation kit is required and does not come with the purchase of the appliances nor the installation.

we got so much grief from the installers because of the fact that they had to install the machines in the basement. they were definitely NOT happy about that. tell me, is it unusual for a W/D to be in the basement?? id expect this would be a common request but by their reaction you'd think we were asking for installation on the moon. never again.

This service was not complete at all, they actually left with my products still on their truck. False information was given to me during the interaction between the geek squad member and I. I was very disappointed with the professionalism. Would not recommend.

I need a service call. The washing machine is leaking at the water hook up connections. I noticed the leak on my first wash with the new machine. While the delivery guys were nice and professional, I was dissatisfied with the install. I will call first thing in the AM to schedule a service call.

Leaving 1 review because my washer couldn’t be installed. I was told installing would be a liability because the water values needed to be replaced. I overall didn’t need the service since I just installed myself and washer is still running perfect till this day.

Totally unprofessional, rude. Left rash in driveway. Did not balance washer. Did not allow me to clean behind old one when removed. Rammed through doorway carrying old machine out.

I wish I could give it zero stars. I purchased my washing machine in November. They came out to install, and it flooded my laundry room! The hoses were "defective". It only took 2 more weeks for them to come back and replace the hoses. I spent a lot at the laundromat!!!!

Installation horrible product is making a noise since the installation they told me that they going to follow up with me and they never did
