Guys were late, handled my washer somewhat aggressively and lacked professionalism.

Washer left in my garrage as the guy told it is heavy and need to get additional people, took away my working old washer i am stuck now what to do with out a washer and paid money to best buy for the washer and dryer month back Called multiple times to best buy no one answering

A little unhappy with install and as the installers apparently can not go under a counter to connect the plumbing as this was a built-in. Was not aware of this until they arrived to install, which was way pass their original delivery time in the evening. Frustrated.

This was a horrible experience. The two installers that showed up did not know how to hook up the linger hose. After 2 phone calls to Beat Buy and 45 minutes being there, I finally figured out how to do it and showed them.

Installer would not install until shut off valve was replaced, even though the shut off valves worked properly. Was without a washing machine for another week until we could get a plumber out to replace the valves. Plumber installed washing machines.

There were difficulties in hooking up the washer because the hose was too short and the installer was not prepared to make adjustments. We had to figure it out ourselves. We had other appliances there prior so it shouldn’t have been an issue. We ended up swapping places with our washer and dryer so the hose would reach.

The installers didn't take their time to get another one after the one they tried to installed said twas my water pipe was rusty and needEd to be changed..my landlord came over for inspection and there wasn't anything that need to be changed apart from the best buy horse pipe that was supposed to be replaced cause they gave me a dysfunctional one

according to the BestBuy website, the washer installation is free with a new washer purchase. But the delivery people told us that installation is not included, and we had to pay the fee for them to install. This is not what the website describes. We are very disappointed.

Just because my washer is on the elevated block, installer left washing machine in the garage and didn’t install anything and left. I will consider using installation service from other retailers.

The technician wouldn’t even screw in the water connections because they were not bought at Best Buy, which isn’t a big deal just don’t advertise what you won’t do. He wouldn’t he even make sure the washer was level, so it wouldn’t shake on spin cycle. They definitely will not go the extra mile.

The crew that dropped it off, said they are not the ones who install. Very misleading info in description. It makes you believe it will be delivered and installed at the same time. Very unhappy. Good luck getting a hold of customer service to make an appointment for installation. Was on hold half a day. Still nothing.

Absolutely horrible experience from beginning to end. They have not made this right and I am still waiting on someone to call me back after many times of me calling and requesting help from management.

i was told that my installation would include switching door sides for opening only to learn it wasnt done. This was BEST BUYS FAULT NO FAULT OF INSTALLERS

Wost installation, They did not test the washer at all. A quick two-second run and left. Now I have a flooded room with water everywhere. They did not properly hooked up the hose and drain.

In the future I will never use Best Buy to have them install another appliance. This was the worst service I have ever received. They didn't even complete the full set up so I had to contact Home Depot to be able to have someone install my washer and dryer.

Washer was never installed because after 6 weeks of delays, they called to tell me they couldn't get it. I could have/should have purchased somewhere else.

They didn't hookup the drain hose turned the washer on to test it and left before the drain cycle began. Needles to say it flooded my house. My laundry room is on the third floor, and it damaged the ceiling on the 1st and 2nd floors. I think they were just in a hurry. I hope they learned there lesson and don't do this to anyone else

The tech refused to balance it stating that "it balances itself". I now have a broken washer that neither Samsung nor Best Buy will handle despite purchasing the protection plan.

I’d give no stars if possible since the delivery person left with the washer and never installed it. Then he never updated records to show he didn’t deliver the washer. The only positive thing I can say is that Best Buy refunded our money.

This is the 2nd time my appointment has been cancelled with no notice or phone call. There are no appointments for another week. Can I please get a call about what the problem is??
