Did not secure the drain hose as they should have, only pushed it into the pipe opening. After months of use, it suddenly came undone and flooded my kitchen.

BB is using 3rd party installers and they didn't want to install the machine when they delivered the washer cause they saw a little bit sodium built around the faucet. So I have to pay extra to have someone else to install it for me.

The cold and hot water were hooked to the wrong valves and not hooked up well. Water leaked out when the washer drained and went through our kitchen ceiling below.

The loaders dropped off washer and dryer and told me I did not sign up for them to install, i showed them my email stating that I did order it, they said on their end they did not have so they could not do because they would have had to bring extra parts.

The delivery people were incapable of connecting washer after delivery. I had to go it myself. There was no rust as they claimed that being the reason. I was able to go it myself! They were not helping at all.

The workers were very rude and acted unprofessional, they entered the house on carpet with their shoes and when we asked them to wear shoes covers, they left and said to reschedule the driveway and installation

Everything that could go wrong did. At least when I switched the hot and cold lines to the correct faucet hookups I discovered a leaking faucet. So in their error I discovered something in time to prevent it from becoming a bigger deal. I guess that’s worth one star.

Paid for tech package, delivery/install/hallway. Company refused to deliver to my condo and install. I had to move items to my unit, install, and wait 3 weeks for them to hall away. Customer service was the worst

The guys that showed up to my house said I hadn’t purchased the hoses, so they couldn’t do the installation. I told them the salesman told me I paid for installation, but instead of arguing with them I just told them to leave it and I installed it myself.

Two machines delivered. Two machines leaked.Both went back. I didn't give LG a third chance and bought a Maytag from local dealer.

they said they didn't order him to do it. I told them that the installation was and they raised their arms and said NO. they did not unpack, and when I asked them to do it, they did it in a bad way and left dirty, they did not bother to put on shoe covers

I would recommend your fixtures are updated because they will not install

The short Woolfe should consider the tall washer which I didn’t think about. I like the washer not the service installation. No help on connecting the digital component to my pogo e either.

You didn't do it; you refused to carry the appliances up the stairs. You owe me a credit for the whole deal. Btw I bought what I need elsewhere -- for less.

The people that came to install my dryer couldn’t do it . They said I needed something else but I’m wase not home so I didn’t know what At part . Not happy at all

The guys that dropped off the washer said the connection was too difficult for them and that I needed to call a plumber. They said to sign the paper as they were heading out the door acting like they didn't speak English as I was asking them questions as if they didn't know I was asking any questions. I hooked it up myself BTW.

Love the machine but Best Buy installed it sideways so that was annoying

We were not happy with this install. The men installed it and as they left they said that there was an E5 error code but they were hopeful it would go away.... Well.... it did NOT go away. I thought it was poor installation for this product.

This group were too lazy to install they both were looking for reasons not to install an once we didn’t bulge the gave excuses for installing dryer and left it took another 3weeks b/4 the dryer was installed
