Best Buy did a great job of installing my washing machine. The delivery/installation team sized up my laundry room in 2-3 minutes and started working. They got the washing machine up 3 flights of stairs and installed the washer (and gas dryer) in under an hour. I was very impressed.

The installers were quick and efficient. Very friendly as well. No complaints at all.

Washer was delivered right on time and installed without problems

The delivery and installation was smooth and professional. The two man team worked very well together taking our old units out and replacing with the new washer and dryer. They then explained in detail different features of the appliances. Because of them, we will purchase our appliances from Best Buy going forward!

Quick and easy The washer install for the Electrolux model was very easy. Since my old washer, 2 hoses and water line were removed before the new install. It looks easy for someone to install themselves.

The installers were diligent, making sure that they do not hit walls, doors, or other objects while moving the washing machine. They had a very tight space to work with, they did it with ease and professionalism.

The initial delivery of the washer and dryer was not so great. However, when i received more clarification of what i needed to have them installed and a 2nd delivery was scheduled. Thise guys were great. Very helpful and informative. Thanks Charles and Bobby.

The 2 guys that installed my washing machine were great, had no issues with them. Very polite and let me know that they were on their way to my house. Did not take them long at all.

Washer delivery by two very experienced men who realized the pan for a stacking washer must be larger than a stand alone appliance. After having the correct size made, installation was scheduled and rather than just installing, they spoke to the plumber to check something that was questionable about hook up. After taking the extra effort, all went well. Highly recommend.

Everything went well with the delivery and installation of my new LG washer. I appreciate the timely delivery, the expertise of the installers, and the courteous service.

They called and texted me like they said they would. Very professional. Listened to me when I told them the back door was the best option for my washer. They came in and hooked in the washer quickly and effectively. I was very pleased. Once they hooked in the washer they started it up for the cleaning cycle immediately so I can use it after. I appreciated them sooo much!
