It took 5 attempts to get both my washer and dryer hooked up at the same time. Then another 4 times to finally get the Geek Squad out here and do the Wifi

don't bother get your brother-in-law to do it, they don't show with the right installation stuff, so you do it yourself . heavy lifting is all they are good for. save the extra cash

Wrong installation that resulted in > 8 hours of my life on the phone, a month later still not fixed and getting the run around on the phone. Do not spend your money here! Look for professionals and not amateurs. Beyond poor. Spend your money somewhere else

Guy had no clue what he was doing. I think they were just lazy and did not feeling like installing the machine because they made some strange excuse why they could not install it and had to come back three days later to finish the job...

Terrible just Terrible. So when they got to my house they said they couldn't hook it up unless I paid more. Its a scam. So best buy call me and told me they would refund the the and they never did. I'm still waiting. Also they drove in my yard and messed it up. And still have not fixed it. Do not use

Did not need this and was not done when delivered. Took many phone calls to get it cancelled after the delivery and when it was supposedly cancelled, still received calls the morning when it was scheduled previously.

Beware. They came in, quickly connected the washer, turned on and left. Entire apartment got flooded and no one to speak to.

This was the worst installers we have ever dealt with. From the office manager to the field supervisor and the Geek Squad Supervisor. This 3rd party installers suck... they are nothing but liers...

Horrible Customer service & installation. It ended up taking 3 visits to have them installed. First visit the forgot parts needed for gas dryer, second time they were installed but not level. 3rd Visit finally installed bit dents on the washer top.

They wouldn't hook up the hoses due to a cold water faucet handle being off. I hired a plumber to do that. BUT it seems that they did NOT do any balancing of the machine as it now won't spin and is totally off balance. Have contacted them but haven't heard back yet. I WAS CHARGED AND PAID FOR AN INSTALL

They refused to intall my washer and left it in the middle of my garage. My teenage son and I installed it. They refused to wait 2 minutes for me to remove a piece of trim and didn’t have the phone number for me to call

Because of lock down they could not deliver so had to pay someone to go pick up from store and then install in my home. Ordered over two weeks prior to shut down and it took over a month to finally get the washer. All the time had no washing machine.

4 attempts. Still not working. Wait times a week or more for service. If it is not done right, I should not have to wait a week or more to get it fixed.

Product was damaged before it was even installed but installers said nothing. After installing we discovered gas line was never turned on so we had to remove dryer to turn on.

I did not buy new connecting hoses at Best Buy, because my "old" one are in very good shape. For this reason the new washing machine was not connected by delivery workers. I was not informed before that this would disqualify me from this part of service. I did it myself anyway, so I saved about $35.

3rd Whirlpool washer first 2 violent shaking when spin. 3 rd washer after running water leak on new floor 4th to be del 4/7 trying to get Help to make things right

Installers installed dishwasher. It didn't work. He said he was calling someone at that moment to get a replacement sent NEVER heard from anyone.

Technicians were nice but they did the job wrong. I do not recommend.

Really mad because the guys didn’t install my washer. They made an excuse that the water lines were rusty. My husband had to get out of work and install it by himself with no problem of the water lines. Very disappointed
