Did not install. Said could not get lines off water out puts. Did not even put in place or balance machine. I had to hook up myself. If I could do it they should have been able to do what I paid for.

Installers said it wouldnt fit and i would have to modify the opening for the location. They keft and i pushed it right in and did it myself. Frustrating.

Washer was hooked up correctly, we did not get any demonstration or anything. Tall guy was rude and not helpful at all. Going to return the washer, it’s last year’s model an to expensive. we can’t even run the thing yet

Personnel in stalling was great, but the store was bad. The store did not have the stacking kits or the wiring to hook it up. Had to wait another week to finish the install.

Too fast installation always creates problems. It’s was like a race to finish to move to the next delivery. As a result, missing parts and literature and no a happy customer

The installation tech was very nice, but neglected to attach the dryer hose. Several months later, we had to pay a plumbing tech to come and help us figure out why the laundry room was so hot everytime we used the dryer. Hmmm...

Machine was great. Installation not so much. Damaged my wall getting the old machine out, damaged the wall again getting the new machine in. Haven't received any word from the claims department even though they said someone would reach out to me in 3-5 business days. It's been 2 weeks.

Installers didn't remove the shipping bolts from the back of the washer. While in the spin cycle, the unit moved and grinded my wall. Water all over the floor. Besr Buy had to send someone else out to fix

Installer didn’t speak English-didn’t know hot from cold since he installed it incorrectly. He did not try it out to make sure it worked.

The installer incorrectly indtalled the side venting and reuined the dryer. BEST BUY replaced and installed correctly the 2nd time. I recommend purchasing the geek squad dont know how kt would have hone without the extra service.

Very very very very disappointed with Best Buy. They deliver the washer 5 weeks ago and didn't complete the installation and still not able to resolve the issues after like 10calls to the customer service.

It’s been a month Best Buy hasn’t delivered it and they keep canceling and rescheduling

Still not installed Have to hire a personal plumber at our own expense after paying twice in one year for total tech. Will not do again

Never happened!!!!! 6 times and finally granted a new machine bc no one believed it was damaged n it came dented!!!!! Now waiting on try number 7

Installer did not hook up the hose correctly and had a leak .

The installer did not put the drain hose into the standpipe, but just leave it there. Water flew to the floor and caused a flood in our basement.

Very disappointed with installation. When they hooked up washing machine leaked at hoses this is part of installation. Called and complained and they never called me back. My son had to come and help me fix the leak. Guess you get what you pay for. Lowes will be my pick next time.

Installer failed to leave warranty information ~ Best Buy customer service tasked me with contacting General Electric for warranty details.

First round of guys wouldn’t install my washing machine and needed a office person to translate it to me in English, while she was doing that they just left and would come back and deliver my machine and had to take another day off from work to have it done without any problems

Don’t pay for installation because I paid and they did NOT installed my washer. Waste of money and my time.
