No installation

I do so. The plumber said there was no leak and my faucets were in good condition. Plumber charged $150.00 service call.

A Stackable Mess!

The Installation Team certainly did. Purchasing the kit at Home Depot and rescheduling the Installation team added two weeks to the process. Beware!

Terrible service

They wouldn’t replace doors that had to be removed to do the installation and they wouldn’t reconnect the dryer which had to be moved to do the installation

Worst purchase ever

An $800 machine now a pile of junk. I will not buy from BestBuy again.

Tech didn’t come back..

I had to find someone else due to needing to use my washer and dryer. I was quite disappointed.
