I canceled the Best Buy team after multiple screw ups, the worst experience I have had purchasing major appliances. I would like to be called to discuss service. I finally hired a plumber to install washer and dryer

No greeting, no manners. They could not understand my directions and they were in harry to get to the net job. I was not sure if they were contactors or BestBuy employees, but they had no interest on solving my problem.

They didn't install the washer. The delivery men arrived and told my disabled tenants that the old machine had to be removed before they would install, even though I paid for removal.

The two people that that to connect the washer did not do there job and on top very rude not friendly at all

Machines just dropped in hallway and installer refused to install because our hose was not good enough, which was clearly just an excuse as all our connections are new and perfect

No, they want really do that. they leave hoses loose and short out your circuits. Then they leave with appliances setting in the middle of the laundry room

Terrible experience. The person installing the machine was inept. He did perform a test run or provide a product demonstration. He left with an error message on our new washer because he failed to turn on the water supply.

I purchase this item with the delivery and installation. washer and dryer with a 5 year insurance plan. when the unit got deliver i wasn't instructed how to use the equipment. they refuse the installation and claimed i didn't have the correct equipment.

Could not install due to a drip on the cold water spigot found when hoses were being installed

Horrible experience. Ended up get the installation refunded and we install ourselves. Just horrible. I know this is not the standard, but when you use a third party occasionally you draw an unlucky card.

The installation did not go well. They called Ana stated they were on the way but didn’t show up for another two hours. Then they didn’t complete all the installations. Had to go to store to get it r scheduled for completion of the missing parts and hoses.

The installers were very rude. I suggest Best buy to evaluate the persons coming into customers home. If it wasnt a gift id have ask them to return it and purchase it else where. i dont expect to spend my money and be given attitude because " you ran late " !

They just installed it and didn't care that it was far from the wall. Since the dryer stuck out far from the wall so does the washer. Two great looking appliances but terrible installation.

The company that best buy sent to my house for installation for the washer they didn't want to install because they said my washer was to old for installation really disappointed

That fact to today I have not got my washer exchange cause everything time the delivery person comes the end up bringing a return washer not a band new one y pay for a brand new one not a use one .

The first time washer was delivered and left in the garage, since only one person showed up to make the delivery and install. He was unable to get the old washer up and the new one down.

Best buy did a HORRIBLE job. They flooded my laundry room. Refused to take an appliance. Had them out 4 times and finally canceled. Let Home Depot install and it was a flawless experience.

Terrible experience. It’s been over a month wait while I was told when purchasing it will be just few days and still half of the order was not provided. Guys who delivered the product did not install it neither.

I will not do business with Best Buy again, which considers it normal for the delivery team to come to the house to curse and fight the master working at home.

I receive a call saying they can not do it because the type of sink I have. I don’t even know how they knew the type of sick. Then they said they didn’t have tools. Etc etc unhappy because at the end I call a Plumer.
