Best Buy has the worst service of any company I’ve ever dealt with. The sheer incompetence and lack of care for their customers is astounding.

Very bad experience from the bestbuy installation. They haven't finished the installation, but left without any words to me. I have to call the customer service to ask the installation team to come again.

Installer did not have level-which was a necessary tool on needed tools for installation

Was not installed properly and when we put bleach in the bleach dispenser it ran straight through and all over the floor.

The washer install was done incorrectly. Hot and cold lines switched. Three loads of ruined bed linen and clothes. Claim submitted.

The team installed my washer and left screws, bolts and brackets in the washer, and run a test load. Then the inside of the washer is destroyed up by that!

We had the worst experience - water leaking out of the washer hose during the very first cycle. Tried to call Customer Service 1800 304 1259 - no answer for hours - tried two times. We need our money back

The guys did not speak English and I was charged twice for the hoses. Check their work carefully because I had to have them come back twice.

The guys were unprofessional and left trash outside They left without the dryer being installed completely and the washer lines were backwards, cold to hot and vice versa

I waited for all of my items for drlivery a month out from my purchsse. When delivery date was near, they stated they didn't have a driver and reveled 2 more weeks out.

Agitator broke right away. Geek squad came back on September 18th, said he will order a new agitator and then did nothing! Now I have to wait till September 29th for a new washer!!

best buy did not install washing machine because apparently they will not hook up the machine when it is under a counter. so we had to hook it up by ourselves and push it in. customer service was also very disrespectful.

The delivery guys scratched & gouged the door while bringing in the washer to the laundry room. They did not finish installing the washer.

The man that came really didn’t instal anything he dropped it off. He didn’t hook up anything but got charged the $ claiming he did. I took a picture and the store manager never gave my $ back.

They never did it. I installed it myself. They never called back to follow up. They did marked that they completed install. never refunded my money for the service. In dispute with Credit Card Company.

The delivery guy never switched the way the door opens on my washer and he was completely rude!!! Also, he has made this process miserable as well as the store and geek squad due to taking off 6 days of work because nothing can get set up the right way.

They did not install the washing machine my husband and I had to lift the stackable machine ourselves.

Washer was installed with hot & cold water hoses switched. Called to have them return to correct and was given an appt. for 3 days later even though it was their error. Totally inconveniencing my work schedule. Case manager was super unhelpful.
