There was a leak

I called customer service and he said he would give me a $150 certificate for the inconvenience but that didn’t happen either

I have tried many time by phone but is impossible. I had to wait for more than an hour and nobody was able to solve my request, which is already paid.

They scratched my washer up and broke a hose that was attached to washer. We had to have 3 separate appointed just find out we gave to exchange the whole washer.

They give you a 6hr window....this is 2020. Plus they didn't even install it properly. Showed up in a enterprise rental truck.

Only use Best Buy don't let them farm it out

Delivery service poor

They said my plumbing was not up to code.What they said I needed was almost the same as what I had for plumbing. They sat it in my basement, and I installed it myself. If there would have been a charge,I would have been upset.

Mess up with whole installation appointments

Not able to get my washer and dryer installed even 1 week after the delivery.
