Washer installation

Said there was rust and I’d have to call a plumber.. so I installed the washer myself. They didn’t even try!

Installer needs training

Bad job

When the Best Buy installers saw this they dumped the washer by the door and essentially ran out the door within a couple minutes

I had to call the Geek Squad to come out and installed the hose properly.

Then they determined the hookups were no good without even trying them. Made me order a Plummer to do nothing. And three months later I’m still waiting on the dryer.

Poor service

Poor Installation

Washer wasn't installed

They said it was a plumbing issue and the warranty company said the installers were supposed to replace it. I was not happy with the run around.

Washing machine wasnt installed

Bad delivery.
