The hot and cold water was crossed.

When I looked at the water supply hoses, they were crossed. Hot to cold and cold to hot. Some of our technical fabrics were damaged. I reinstalled the water supplies myself.

Bad Installers

Refused to install washer after delivering to my house. Had to call for another driver to come and perform the install.

Bad Install

Horrible Installation Service

Can't really complain since the "installation service" is free, but someone is paying for it, maybe Best Buy? I don't know.

They hooked up everything, but rushed out prior to installing the drain tube. We had to finish the job for them, which wasn't exactly easy to get all of the hoses lined up and tied.

Forgot my power cord for the installation. Had to have it rescheduled. Then messed up my floors during the install.

Not good quality
