As a result it was much harder to figure out how to use it than it should have been.

When called to question why, the answer given was the installers did not have the appropriate tools. How is your job to remove and install new washers but don't have the appropriate tools?

Poor install by Best Buy

Difficult installation with installer!

Poor communication and zero respect to homeowner

Before buying this product, I asked Best Buy to tell technicians to bring galoshes. Very disrespectful to homeowner
