they did not install the machine I did it myself..

very bad service. will never do it this way again.

Washer install took three tries/ first group dropped the washer but forgot the purchased hoses; when called back were rushed and didn’t take old washer (had been prepaid for removal), and didn’t connect new washer. Left it in the box with no hoses. They get one star. Second installer came, installed washer without problem, removed old one. He has five stars. Washer leaked so I needed it replaced immediately; leaked from the front of the drum. Installer returned and swapped washers. This time did not level the new washer; which is bad for long term use on bearings. This was three stars. Overall four stars. Washer is nice and works well.

Installers were superstars- arrived early, worked fast, took care moving in appliances without damage, trained how to use machine, answered all questions we had and cleaned up everything at the end. Couldn’t have asked for more!

The did a great job installing the washer and carried it up a long flight of stairs without issues. They brough their own hook ups and had it working within 20 minutes of them arriving at my home.

The 2 men that came to install my new washer were amazing! They were so polite, explained everything to me & made sure it worked properly & went through a full cycle. They were fast & efficient. Hardworkers.

Washer install was a breeze... they took the old and put in the new within 30 mins... 5 Months later and no issues and working great!

The installation team did a great job. They arrived on time, worked quickly, and made sure all the connections were secure and leak-free before they left. They were very professional and even took the time to explain a few of the basic settings on the new machine. It made the whole process completely stress-free.

Last stop on a very long day. 9:15 pm. Pat and his helper came in with our replacement washer, with friendly smiles and very pleasant demeanor. They worked very well together. Got installed properly and hung around until we tested it All was wel. Pat and his partner had 26 stops the day they delivered our replacement machine and took out the faulty one

It’s been a few years and they are still going very strong! Such a quiet machine and can really hold a lot! I have lots of down blankets it fully takes with other bedding and w pillows! Great purchase!

Friendly and efficient installer. My only beef is that he arrived almost a full hour past the window given me for his arrival, which meant I waited at home for quite a few hours in vain, and he arrived literally while dinner was being plated. He explained that he had to take his coworker to a doctor, which made him late, but in such circumstances, I would have wanted a heads-up call, which I did not get.

The washer and the installation crew arrived near the end of the day (apparently I was the last one on their run) but once they got here the installation was quick. They thoroughly checked the installation. The crew was friendly.
