They hooked the hot water to the cold water and vice versa. Excellent otherwise. Friendly attitude on time. Respectful of property.

We actually had 2 crews out to install 2 different washers. Both were so reliable and easy to track when they were on the road. I will NOT buy appliances anywhere else except Best Buy’s because of the in store staff and the awesome installers. Well run business. Had some bad luck elsewhere. Their professionalism was appreciated.

I purchased a washing machine from Best Buy and hired them to install it and haul away the old one. They removed the old one and installed the new one quickly and without any issues.

Fast and efficien the drivers arrived ten minutes before the the estimated 8 hour window. One star removed because i was never called to narrow down the window

We arranged to to have our old washing machine replaced and installed. The team was in contact letting me know what they needed and when they would arrive. They arrived with in the projected window and called me about 45 minutes ahead of when they were expecting to arrive. They arrived on time and the install including haul away of our old washer was done in less than 30 minutes. I am extremely pleased with this service.

The washer is awesome. I absolutely love it and it cleans my clothes very well. Also, it's quiet too.

The Geek Squad installation team really set the bar high with this visit. From the moment they arrived, they were professional, punctual, and incredibly mindful of my home. Installing major appliances like a washer, stove, or dryer can be a headache, but they handled the heavy lifting and technical setup with ease.

The installers arrived on time and were very cautious about not damaging anything as they brought the new washer into our laundry room as wells the removal of the old washer. They were extremely polite, efficient and fast. They made sure that the machine was installed and functioning properly.

The men that came to install did a very thorough job. They were careful with bringing the washer downstairs without damaging the washer or the walls.

My installation was excellent. Both young men where respectful of my home and ready to move my old machine without any damage to my home. They are both exemplary at doing the job properly. The only negative thing was they had trouble finding my home until I explained that google maps would get them here much easier and that my address does not work for some reason on regular GPS settings. I felt bad they got lost for an hour and got off schedule for the day. They are outstanding employees.

Old washer and dryer were removed and the new ones were placed and connected . They were quick, friendly, and easier on me.

They were on time to their appointment, didn't make a huge mess, and had my new machine ready to go in about half an hour. (Thank goodness, too, I had a mountain of laundry waiting to go.) Also, very friendly and polite.
