The installer/installation was great! Professional, kind, knowledgeable, came the time said, I wasn't the last customer, I felt safe, worked diligently, didn't take long, but didn't rush the job, helpful.

The delivery team carried two flights up and installed the washer without any damage to walls, floors, jambs, etc. They were very courteous, quick and efficient. They also hauled away my old washer with ease. I do appreciate the delivery of my two purchases on the same truck at the same time.

Installation was done to the best of their ability. One item was missing in order to hook up the steam dryer but that was not the installers fault. I can't complain at all as I even got a free drill out of it. I even informed them and they indicated they would come get it but to date no one has come to collect it. Score free tool! Disclaimer!! Free tool not provided on all installs just with those installers who forget their tools when finishing the paperwork. :)
