I had the best installation of all time. Geek Squade rep -Travis and his colleague installed my washer and dryer in the best and most efficient way ever . I had many installation from Best Buy. Most of my appliance I got it from there but never had such pleasing experience in such fast time. I promised that I will write this review because they did a great job . Thank you

So far so good. My appliance is working great. Our repairman’s name was Leonard. He has always been so great. I always request him anytime I need a repair and he never disappoints.

One of the installers was very cordial and professional but the other one came with an attitude. He apparently has a problem with dogs. I had already put one of my dogs outside but I did not put the other one out because he bothers no one but the guy refused to come in with him inside, so, I put him out also and then I heard the attitude guy bad mouthing me to the other installer. If this guy had any degree of courtesy he could have simply said that he is afraid of dogs and not copped an attitude at the very start. After the installers left I started doing laundry and noticed that the washer was having a hard time balancing itself. I got out my level and found that they had not leveled the washer. I paid for the installation because I am 72. I had to pull out the washer 3 times to adjust the legs to get it level and now the machine seems to operate as it should. I would not have paid for the installation if I had known that it would not have been done correctly. I would have just paid for delivery. I am not happy with my very first Best Buy installation experience.

The guys were timely, friendly, and fast. They inspected the old lines which turned out to be fine so I was able to return the new lines and get a refund.
