Unfortunately they didn’t install because they told me I had to set up all taps ready. It ıs already hardest part to install a washer. They told me to call a plumber and make ready to connect machine pipes to the taps. It wasn’t clear to details for install at purchase. Whatever, I installed it by myself. Called them many times to check my installation but they told me that I have just one service request. This is not a service request this is a installation that I paid extra at purchase. Also installation guy marked to their system like installation completed. Thats why best buy customer services told me it seems like already installed and if I want to call them again it’s gonna be additional service charge. Completely disappointment.

The installer was patient with me as I tried to decides whether the machine would fit in my small space, and made recommendations about the amount of space the venting would take up before we began.

2 guys came and did the whole installation themselves, showed me how to use device. very helpful and quick.

they broke my crowning when they dropped my washer and dented it and then installed the pedastool wrong but better than me having to install it myself

The staff was super kind! They called to advise they were on the way, they came right in and hauled the other one away. They even returned the hoses. I would rate them a 10 out of 10!

Caring for an elderly parent who is incontinent I've went thru some machines. I love that this machine does not have the agitator so large comforters are washed with ease.
