Got a washer paid for the installation service and the delivery man said no installation included and quoted “have spoke about it over the phone” which he never did. The only voicemail I got was before he arrived just to notify us of the deliverY

Very bad experience with the installation delivery team they are not professional and they should not be work for Best Buy . Very unprofessional work never want to use this third-party company

The product was installed with the water lines reversed, so cold water washes were extremely hot. It's an easy fix, but is hugely problematic until the problem is found. It caused damage to clothes and unseen damage to a new washer. I don't recommend relying on this installation. You are better off doing this yourself.

This was my first time actually purchasing a home appliance from your company and was very disappointed with the service of delivery. There were to attempts to deliver my washing machine and still was not satisfied even if I finally have it. I know COV19 made a difference here, but could have been better.

The delivery guys who brought the wash machine said they would not install it because they thought one of our water hookups might be leaking. They said we needed to have someone check it. They did not offer to return to install the washer after we had a plumber look at the hook ups.

Worst appliance installation experience ever. Best Buy Team visited 3 times to install washer/dryer and each time they came up with a new excuse not to install. Bad communication. Rude customer service team. I will never purchase anything from Best Buy again especially installation services. I do not recommend Best Buy services.

The salesperson never stated we needed a 110v outlet. When installers arrived they couldn't install. We hired an electrician and added an outlet under the sink. We are having to wait another 3 weeks for final installation. Absolute BS. VERY, VERY unhappy.

Stressful rude tried to install w/out base so would have been much lower than dryer . But if a battle to get them to do the right thing . Also did not use new kit /hise … I was charged for

The men were very nice and helpful BUT they hooked up the cold water to the hot and the hot to the cold. So i ruined an entire load of clothing by washing my clothes in the hottest water possible.

They would not install the washer and lied saying it wasn't included. Had to have someone come twice cause they didn't do the job right.

This was not a true install but rather an inspection of an install that was not completed appropriately. Pertinent information was not a part of the report.

Was not completed. They said the tubes were under the sink and could not complete service but claimed the service was completed on the ticket. Very weird since other installers could do the job with no issues for past washers.

Forgot parts i paid extra for. And only mentioned it when i noticed them using my old products also tracked snow and dirt thru my house.

the washer was leaking when installers left the house. I had to call them back to fix the problem. if I wasn't there I would have had a lot of water damage.

the installer refused to hallway the old appliances and install the new ones. I had to arrange for a handyman to take care of this . The installation fee was also not refunded.

The poor install caused the washer to overflow and then no one wanted to come out to repair it. This extended warranty is a rip off and a joke.

I initialy paid for installation with the purchase of major appliances but when the delivery men arrived they charged me as well

My washer delivered and installed in a timely manner. However, I paid for pickup on the removal of my old washer. I discovered later that day the delivery guys left the washer in my garage.

Delivery guys tore out parts from bottom of washer delivering it. Broken from day 1. Never worked.

Installed washer incorrectly connected the hot water to the cold water port and vice versa.
