The installers were knowledgable and careful with the product. They explained how the washer worked and ran it through a cycle to make sure everything worked. Also explained the Best Buy plan we purchased. Very satisfied their professionalism.

Installation had to be delayed once due to plumbing issue. However, once the issue was resolved, removal of old units and installation of new machines went smoothly.

Unlike the big box home center I originally purchased from, and eventually cancelled due to incompetance, there were no reschedules or no-shows with BB. The crew and the washer showed up on schedule, installation went without a hitch, and the crew left with the old machine. It's all been working properly ever since.

The guys called and texted approximate times on the delivery day. Then again when they were about 15minutes away. Both men were friendly and courteous. Installing went quickly and he went over basic instructions. I had them remove old machine for a nominal charge.

But, we bought the protection plan and the cost for installation was only a few more dollars, I decided family harmony was worth the extra dollars. Yes, I could have hooked it up myself, but since this was offered so reasonably I went ahead with it. They did a great job and tested the washer to make sure everything ran correctly. Tightened everything up and put it all into place. Very friendly and professional. Made it so I didn't have to grab my tools or get dirty.
