After paying around $3,200 on a new front loader washer and dryer (Whirlpool), and the pedestals. I had to spend 90 minutes of my own time after the installers left to do what the instructions stated. Including simple leveling. If the washer and dryer had feet, to remove them, and place the units on the pedestals, as well as securing them with 4 screws, NONE of that was done. Look at the pictures for yourself. What did Best Buy offer? to give me $20 back. If you're in the market for $3,200 appliances, go somewhere else. The installers were both very nice, not sure what happened.

Installation was smooth and clean, the installers even offer to swap door orientation if I wanted (nice touch!)

Washer wasn’t working properly after they left and yes I read the manual and not sure why when I washed my clothes were still dry but it used y detergent. When it lights up you can’t read what it’s on under the lighted part.

Works correctly-Installed easily - installer had no problem connecting it! Love the LG Washer, and the musical tunes it makes when finished washing a load of clothes.

The third-party company hired by Best Buy to install our washer and dryer installed the unit wrong and flooded our walls with water--spilling out into THREE ROOMS. Not only did we have to have someone come out to cut giant holes in our wall to remove damaged sheet rock, we had to have fans blowing for over two weeks to dry the wall out to prevent mold. The floor in our hallway is completely ruined from water damages and total cost is around 3500 to repair. Best Buy told me they weren't responsible and passed me off to their insurance Sedwick, who then said they weren't responsible and it was on the third party that they hired WITHOUT my permission and we're almost two months into this without anyone doing anything to fix the problem. The issues I've had dealing with the third party have been a nightmare. My last talk they told me it wasn't there responsibility to train their installers and if I choose to pursue this, it would come out of the pocket of the guys who already dont make much and she was hinting I shouldnt do that to them during this time. I expressed--it was not my problem if they were not properly insured to protect the people they hired and that they need to fix the problem created by them. Our family is expecting a baby in three months and was hoping to have repairs finished by then--at this point, I doubt that will happen. As of 7/25/20, my husband and I had to pay the $500 due to the contractor because the invoice was 6 weeks over due and we still have had no one provide us an update on coverage. I'm extremely disappointed that Best Buy has not helped us fix the situation and advocated to have the damages repaired since they were the company that we hired. They have done nothing, at one point a rep mentioned a "Make it Better" gift card, but we haven't seen anything for the headache that has been forced upon us. All we want is the damages fixed that were caused by the installation we paid to have professionally installed.

The installers arrived on time. They were polite and very professional. They showed up with PPE and practice social distance. I did they same. They did a great job!

The installation did not meet my expectations. Although the technicians arrived on time and the washer was undamaged, I was surprised when they informed me that I was responsible for disconnecting the water supply. Furthermore, they stated that since they were only removing the washer, I would need to detach the dryer stacked on top of it. I was displeased and perceived this as an attempt to extract additional compensation, implying that they were doing me a favor and expecting a gratuity in return. Although they completed the installation, the transaction was not smooth and made me regret paying extra for a service that I could have done myself.

Service was excellent. Everything arrived on time and the delivery guys were very nice and were very careful. I am beyond pleased!

Having a pro or yourself install is easy and not difficult to do..

Not happy with the service technicians. While istalling my washer they broke the cut off vavle for the hot and the cold pipe. Instead of reporting to the homeowners they his it from us. Not very professional or admiriable. Next time you break something report it!

Everything was going smooth and as anticipated, the drivers arrived on time within the time frame that was given to me. Then after they begin to unload they started arguing inside my garage for all my neighbors to hear and see at 8 something in the morning. Then while bringing my washer upstairs I heard a bang. I then finally go and see what was going on because I was cooking breakfast around the same time. The delivery guy hooked up my old vent for my dryer instead of putting the one I paid for on it. Then that's when I noticed a dent at the bottom of my washer. I was like oh no baby what are you doing? He then goes to say it's just a little dent!! Now I'm furious because I was just working at Best Buy DDC and couldn't believe I received a damaged purchase.

The first installation was good. The salesman forgot to include our pedestals so those did not installed until the 4th time . Then when the installers came back on the 4th time to install the pedestals they scratched and dented our dryer.

Coming into a home after living in an apt I wanted huge washer/dryer. The customer service was amazing and my purchase and delivery were perfect. It fits perfectly

THE FIRST PEOPLE WERE UNPROFESSIONAL. THE SECOND TIME THEY WERE MUCH MORE PLEASANT. WASHERS WERE GOOD IF THEY WERENT DAMAGE UPON ARRIVAL. THEY SCRAPED THEM SIGNIFICANTLY
