Good job. Timely, and speedy service. This was not an easy job as the new washer had to be transported to the second floor of our home and the old washer removed as well. Not a scratch or a ding on the new machine. The installers were very careful. We have an oak staircase--. they did excellent.

The installers were efficient at removing old washer and bringing in the new washer and hooking it up. They were polite, friendly, competent, and fast. No complaints.

The installation of our new washing machine was excellently done. We chose the 8-12 slot in case we had to work and the delivery truck was here at 745 ready to install our new washer. There were two guys and they were very professional. They were knowledgeable about the product that we had bought and made sure that the product worked before leaving. Very pleased

We had our new washer for about a month now. Really like it very much. Quiet operation, but I especially like the options of using various washing temperatures, various speed of the spin cycle, number of rinses and also level of dirt. I can't think anyrhing that is missing. Love our new washer.

The installation was smooth and easy with no problems! They came and installed exactly when they said and was impressed by them wearing a face mask that was positioned on their face like it should be with nose and mouth completely covered the whole time they were installing. Thanks again!

The install when fantastically. There was some issues with scheduling so make sure you can find a way to answer a phone as they are difficult to get a hold of after normal working hours. Jon and Darren were beyond pleasant in their demeaner and work ethic. I forever hope that any feature help that I hire will be half as awesome and Jon and Darren were! Happy customer!

These guys rock. They came in to deliver the washer and dryer while we were still moving into our new home and worked seamlessly among myself and others moving in furniture - it was like they were part of the family, deftly moving in and around all of the boxes and furniture to install this upstairs in the washroom. Great job guys!!

They did a great jon installing the washer. They adjusted the feet to be sure it was level so loads would be balanced and the washer would function perfectly before leaving.

The two men, Jesse and Jesus, that preformed the install were amazing, professional, and polite. Those two are the best by far!

Best washer I have ever owned. The front loader allows me to do my laundry easier, the open doors allow me to take from washer to dryer with no problems. Excellent for old people like myself. It is quieter and uses less water than top loaders and used less detergent yet washes clothes cleaner and after the wash the clothes are almost dryer before putting in dryer.

The guys made sure to run a quick wash before leaving to make sure it worked.

Fist time the item came dented. I had to refuse. They were good about bringing back a new condition washer the same week. Also I wasn’t left all the co tents of the box like the cover caps for the delivery bolts. No worries tho Samsung is sending them free. Try to contact the delivery team/warehouse and they will most deff say “hello” or “hi” once or twice and hang up.. literally happened to me 7 times that day when I tried to get I. Contact with the dilivery team thru geek squad. Geek squad transfer me and they hang up. Ridiculous but I guess they’re THAT busy. Otherwise the people that installed were friendly and helped with getting the washer where it needed to be and even hooking it up. I have geek squad on the washer so I hope they are not like that when I need part replaced or fixed. That’ll deff be h e double hockey sticks Otherwise it’d be five stars.

They installed this quick and left instructions and tools for uninstalling this as well

Nice guys Came a week after we ordered probably because of the nearness to Christmas! Did a good job... but had a glitch, hooking up our dryer ... but we all figured it out ... thank goodness! This is our 2nd time they’ve hooked up a washer dryer for us ! Very polite and timely professional Can’t complain! ;)

The two delivery guys were very courteous, on time, and got the job done in about 20 minutes. They were very clean with all the boxes and removed my old units and placed them for me in my garage. Good Communication via phone prior to their delivery.

They 2 delivery people were professional, on-time, kept me informed of their progress, set everything up and even saved me money on a part I didn't need. They worked well as a team.
