The installation was great. The technicians once they hooked the washer up noticed there was a defect in the spot remover on the washing machine. They gave me their contact info and the number to call to get a new washing machine delivered. Overall, I love the washing machine.

The guys were quick to arrive, install correctly, and explain usage details. Additionally I was super impressed with the fact that they let me quickly clean the area before the new installs. When you buy a pre-owned home you never know what lies behind the laundry appliances because people rarely clean there. It's like starting new.

The Geek Squad of Lance, Chad, & Mario did a great job. Very careful with close clearances and gave us thorough demonstration of the advanced controls and operation. If you are lucky enough to get these three as your delivery crew you are in great hands. Thanks guys.

Had a fantastic installation experience. Got an automated call the day before installation and a personal call to let me know I was the first person they would be visiting that day. Everyone was professional, timely, efficient and they let me know when I had neglected to order a needed part and solved the problem right away. Would highly recommend.

Arrive within time window. Was updated everyday through email or text. Delivery, install, and haul away took 15 minutes. Albeit, I live in a ranch home and already disconnected both of my old appliances. Even if I hadn't, I feel it would not have taken this crew much longer.

Was not impressed at all with the washer installation that I paid for. The guys only brought the washer in, connected the hoses and left. They did not test or check the washer to make sure it was level. After washing load 1 and load 2, the washer shook and bounced all over the place during each load. The noise was extremely loud. I had to actually flip the washer up, adjust the knobs on the bottom of the washer and put my level on it to get it as level as I could.

The team that delivered my washer and dryer was respectful, efficient and tested everything. They were professional and I so appreciate that the ensured everything worked properly. They then took all the boxes for trash.

Good installation. The employees were respectful and quick. They didn't put it on the pedestal but didn't say why.

The gentlemen were unfailingly polite, and explained exactly what they were doing. Their installation was speedy and efficient. I was pleased that there were no problems and I would recommend these two installers to anyone as "the best."

The installation and removal of the old washing machine went very well. The only reason for 4 stars was they cleaned up so well they tool the accessories that come with the washer (shipping bolts, hole plugs to cover shipping bolt holes, and the u-shaped hose holder).
