These guys were awesome, they brought in the washer under icy weather and hooked it up quickly and professionally. They even brought up the old washer out of the basement for me even though I didn’t opt for the haul away. Super nice of them

The installation went very smoothly. The installers were courteous and did not damage the unit nor any of my walls or floors. Set up took under 25 minutes, they really did know what they were doing. Cleaned up everything once they were finished and hauled away the trash.

The delivery and installation was free with purchase of new hoses to my new washing machine. The two gentleman that delivered were timely, friendly and able to provide a great tutorial on how to use my new washer. They installed and tested everything, communicated they were coming before arrival and were on time. A++ service! Totally recommend!

In Black Friday rush bought great Samsung washer dryer deal without even reaching in to see if I reach bottom..lol I don’t. Return accepted with ease. Bought a different model that the lid got stuck on 2nd wash, exchanged that one but turns out my hot water pipes were an issue. Took care of it weeks later, called Delivery dept. and they came back to install it. I was frustrated with everything going wrong but they were always friendly and understanding! Really appreciated their professionalism.

The team that installed my new Samsung 4.0 cubic foot HE top loading washer did an excellent job! Very courteous, efficient, and professional. They had it all set up in no time and hauled off the old one. Will definitely use Best Buy installation services again!

The two guys who came to install my washerand dryer were both incredible kind and professional. Not only they were fast and efficient, but they also realized my washer had a tiny scratch, told me about it and offer to process a complaint so i could either get a different washer or see other options a available.

The unstall was great and they came a few minutes before scheduled time

The two-man delivery team who installed our new washer and dryer were professional, kind and efficient. They also hauled away our old machines quickly. They gave me time to clean up the laundry room floor before they installed the new machines without rushing me. Plus they were polite and considerate.

The guys that delivered the wash machine were great. There was one guy who smelled very good. They were very good guys. If I ordered anything else from Best Buy. I would want these guys to deliver it to me.

The gentlemen arrived on time, were given access to the area and installed the washer in very fast speed. My first wash was a surprise, a little water on the floor, it never happened again. So far all is well.
