The installation went quickly, and the washer was installed correctly. The workers were polite and fast. We are very happy with the washer and installation.

The technicians arrived prior to the appointment window, which was terrific. They called ahead, to let us know that they were ahead of schedule. The gentlemen removed and installed the new washer, in a quick manner. They worked well together and gave us a few tips, before they left our house. Thank you!

Geek squad installers were professional and careful with my machine and install. The Geek Squad team from thr Best Buy where I purchased the product are not ourside contractors, they work as installers for Best Buy which was another reason I made the purchase.

Employees are knowledgeable. They had to take out my basement door to put the machine inside, even though they had to do that, they did it quick and in a efficient way. Friendly and professional. Great service. Service is practically fre if you buy the parts needed for instalation.

Installation was fast and the set up was flawless. The guys communicated exactly what time they would deliver and were friendly and informative. Excellent service. They even showed me how to use the washer and gave me tips for extending the life of the washer.

Installation was really quick and it was done properly

Had washer delivered at some time as a fridge. Had trouble with the fridge delivery BUT, the 3rd party that delivered it ended up bending over backwards to make it right. I say this because when they went to hook up the washer, they said they couldn’t because hot and could supply handles were “froze” from hard water. I simply took some pliers and gave them a good jerk and were just fine. Understandable that they may have been worried they would break something off, so didn’t get too worked up about it.

The installation techs (from 10/2018) were great. They timely notified me of their arrival and they were early. They efficiently and quickly installed both the washer and dryer after carrying both up two flights of stairs to my third floor without scratching or damaging my walls and floors. Would highly recommend that duo again!

The installers were courteous, finished quickly, and they provided a quick rundown on how to operate the new washer. Absolutely worth the cost!

The guys were on time and super friendly. There wa no way we could have Successfully maneuvered the washer and dryer into the small space that we have and hook up all of the hoses and tubes to ensure a good fit. I’m really glad we decided to have Best Buy do the installation

The guys that came to the house were terrific. They installed the washer quickly. Now if they can teach my kids how to put the clothes in it, wash them, take them out and finally how to fold and put away.

Great installation and was an easy process. They took my laundry and dryer up three floor of steps and were able to install everything fairly fast. They were nice and polite with the whole process so overall was very happy with the whole installation of my products

Installed as expected. The delivery person did install the washer, did not turn on the hot water which we figured out after the machine made a humming noise when we tried to wash a warm load.
