The Installation gentleman worked quickly and efficiently. They even hauled the old one away.

These gentlemen are very helpful by carrying the washer/dryer into the washer room in a snow day. The installation is very fast. Thanks to their help, we can wash our dirty laundry again!

Best Buy had a software problem so they could not submit the delivery information of my replacement washer the standard way. Fortunately I was connected to a wonderful person in customer service who found a different way to get my washer delivery information imputed and a date for delivery set up. Thank you to customer service for your hard work and patience.

Highly recommended. The installers handle this heavy washing machines with great care. They had the old machine removed and the new one installed in about 15 minutes. The installers were highly professional and friendly - all business.

The gentlemen who did my washer installation were total perfection! They called ahead to let me know they were on their way and they were in and out quickly. These guys were prompt and efficient ... like a well-oiled machine. They were also knowledgeable and courteous. I was pleasantly surprised by the whole experience!

Top notch installer (for LG washer) - 10x better than the Sears guy I had out to look at repairing my old one. Did some extra work to ensure the drain hose was securely attached to the sink. Obviously every individual installer is different but I plan to give BestBuy another try as I'm hopeful they have better overall quality control.
