Very good communication - installers called several times the morning of the delivery and kept me updated on when they'd be at the house. Installation itself went smoothly - they were professional and efficient and seemed to know what they were doing (I hung around and watched the whole process, which they didn't seem to mind).

They showed up in the window they said they would and installed the washing machine without any issues. They didn't run it though, which I thought was poor... Thank goodness it works. That complaint aside, it was a pleasant experience.

Had my insignia washer flood the back end of my house. Best Buy made the exchange during covid so seamless. The technicians who did the j stalk were extremely knowledgeable and gave pointes seeing as I obtained the same machine. This was done under factory warranty as well.

My installer was Daniel. He was prompt for appt. Quick switch out washer. Answered all my questions, he and his asst. were extremely pleasant. Great service!

The washer installation was quick and efficient. The guys took only about a half an hour and everything was done correctly. They showed up on time and cleaned up everything that they could. I am very satisfied with the install.

LG washer, works great but have questions on Clorox what do I use if I don't use Clorox??
