Geek Squad installation was excellent. The young men who did the install were polite, clean and efficient. First they had to disconnect the old machine, and take it away. Then, they had to lug the new machine upstairs, and the whole project was more than I was willing to do.

Works like it should. Alot of auto settings. A bit of a learning curve.

The verbal installation was good. The lack of customer service was disappointing. We express we wanted to keep a couple of items & not have them recycled, the gentleman said he couldn't do it and asked why he said it couldn't be done without much discussion and Became very impatient saying he needed a decision so they could leave to the next appointment. The second gentleman came in with part of his mask down which surprised me since they knew we have two family members who are compromised. As stated prior, the installation was good but not so much in the customer service side of it.

The installation guys were nice and quick. They came in and asked where my washer was located. Once I told them, they went to the room and took out the old one. Only con was that a lot of dust collected from the old washer just sitting there and they didn’t give me enough time to clean all the dust out before installing the new washer.

Very quick and easy install. They knew their job and very very professional and polite. They did it under 15 mins and started a quick rinse to make sure all was well

The Geek Squad did an excellent job delivering and installing my washer/dryer and a Kitchen Aid refrigerator a few months ago. Brandon Howell and Alberto Longoria did a great job! They were very nice and explained all the features to me. They tested the products after the install and I could not be more pleased with their service!

The installation of our new Samsung front load washer was professionally, and efficiently accomplished. The two service techs went about their business with dispatch and obviously know well, their task.

I always buy my appliances from Best Buy because the pricing is competitive and I always get great service from the installers. They always have a smile and go the extra mile. I recently bought a washing machine and they removed my old machine and they took my dryer off of the riser so it would be at the same height as the new washer. No extra charge.

Augie and Miguel did a fine job installing the washer and dryer. Definitely worth having this done rather than doing it ourselves as they demonstrated they knew their job. They had the washer and dryer up and running in about a half hour or less. Well done, guys!

The young man was extremely careful bringing the washer in. He placed it near where it needed to be, then attached the hoses. He was competent and fast. He pushed the machine into its home and ran the rinse cycle to make sure everything was working properly. Great job.

Couldn’t have asked for anything more. The crew arrived within their allotted time and removed the old and setup the new washer. They even tested the unit to make sure it was working properly. Another job well done!
