Wasnt impressed with installation team. They didnt explain how to use anything thry installed, any special features, or even give me a proper window of time they were delivering until 30 mins before they got here. I had to wait my whole saturday at home to hear from them and the app kept saying 4more ahead of me on their route even as they called me and said they were less than 30 mins out.

The installers were professional, patient and prompt. They provided step by step instructions to operate the new washer. They “leveled” the washer to ensure it would operate with maximum efficiency. They also provided advice for regular maintenance.

The guys that installed our washer were excellent they knew what they were doing and what the person before them didn’t do

Love these machines ... quiet and with many features. I had a similar pair of Samsung front loaders in my home in Kentucky. These new ones with the Add Wash Feature are even better than my old ones. And, they have a nice melodic chime that tells you when cycles are done. Drying time is fast and even (I got the gas dryer) .. Very happy with these units.

The washer installation was quick and easy, kudos to the installers for doing a great job. They brought the necessary tools and parts that were needed so nothing from our side was required. I always recommend having their installment no mater what the product is.

These guys lifted a very heavy Washer up a narrow set of stairs. The leader gave the new guy expert instruction. I was very impressed, because I know I couldn't carry that that washer up the stairs! Great job guys!

I'm going to make this really simple. The crew that come to do the install was absolutely, positively fantastic!!! They were on time, courteous and just all around nice people. They were efficient but also willing to take the time to show us what we needed to know. A+++

Tech called about. half hour before arriving. I received text notifications as well. They were in and out QuickClip and gave me a quick demonstration. Also started a cycle to be sure machine was working properly.
