The delivery driver was having a hard time disconnecting the old hoses from the water line, because of calcium buildup (or something else) almost fusing the old connectors. Once that was taken care of, the rest of the installation was a breeze. The driver was friendly and courteous and answered all my questions.

Best installation crew ever!! On time, patient, professional & super knowledgeable!! Entrance to the Soave for the washer & dryer were almost exact. The crew used ingenuity, angles & teamwork & made everything fit. No damage to my walks or my units!!

The two gentlemen who delivered our W/D were professional, kind, and helpful. We had a particularly difficult installation, due to the layout of our kitchen and laundry room, and they went out of their way to accommodate our needs. They also assisted with cleanup and ensured that both machines were working properly before departing.

The installation was ok. After everything was installed, the washer wasn’t working but that was because the installer forgot to turn the water valve back on. Mistakes happen, so I can’t be too mad. Machine works well

The installers are very quick, polite and efficient. They were careful with the installation (no damage to walls, floors or wood trim). They balance the washer and check for leaks. They provided me with all the paperwork and a good demonstration. After completing the job, they removed all the boxes and unwanted debris.

Washing machines are heavy, and it's worth getting an installer. The first best buy team was a little rough and damaged the washer, and dryer , so they sent another team. The second team was flawless. They adjusted the position to exactly where I wanted and were fast and thorough. I was impressed!
