Had to have BBY come out a 2nd time because they wanted fixtures changed but left washer in hallway not where washer is to be installed. They came back and finished installation.

Washing machines are heavy, and it's worth getting an installer. The first best buy team was a little rough and damaged the washer, and dryer , so they sent another team. The second team was flawless. They adjusted the position to exactly where I wanted and were fast and thorough. I was impressed!

All I can say is WOW!!!! 5 stars is not enough for the job they did. I have never been so impressed with an installation before. Jose & Honerld are the best!!! From start to finish everything was professionally done and perfect with amazing attention to detail. I look forward to ordering from Best Buy again.

Very nice guys and installation. This was the second try. The first machine was installed incorrectly, cold water to the hot side hot water to the cold side of the machine. I called customer service after several washes of delicate clothes needing cold water came out, boiling hot. They sent someone out right away to install a new washing machine and that’s where they discovered that the first washing machine was installed incorrectly.

They installed this quickly. The discharge hose was too short on the product. Not their fault. However, they may want to keep some extension kits on the truck. Washer seems to work good.

The two men that came to my house to install my front load washer were amazing. Super efficient and extremely friendly. They called me before and after to reassure that they took care of their task at hand. I would recommend these gentlemen to anyone. Thank you again!

Delivery tech was quick and knowledgeable of the washer and easily installed and tested functions before leaving.

They knew what they do. They used plastic covers for their shoes without I ask. That's a huge plus for me since we dint wear shoes inside of the house . They done really quick and picked up their left overs. Check the machine before they leave.

The installation went great. The guys did an excellent job bringing my washer up 20 steps, through the door and into the wash area. They hooked up the water lies with no trouble. Thank you!

The installer really did me a great favor helping install this. He was lacking his own helper that day yet still did the job!

Had to be on top of these guys. They were professional and cleaned up however its in the details. The washing machine was not 100% level. I had to point this out and don't fell that I as the customer should have to tell them that something so obvious is wrong.

The guys that came to install the washer we're very professional and efficient. They gave me a call when they were arriving, when they were at the gate, and with the wasp community I live that forcuses us to never block a drive way and (sorry guys) they even carried the washer all the way from the parking lot to my door.

The installation took less than 15 minutes. No Joke! Two guys brought the new machine in using body harnesses and before I could close the door they were coming up with the old machine. I walked down the stairs, one guy doing a “water fill” test. I just laughed. He showed me the basic and I signed off on the delivery.

Super service. Arrived at scheduled appointment time with a courtesy call prior. Hauled off old equipment. Worked to allow area cleanup before installation. Efficient installation and demonstration. No mess. Truly a great two man crew.

Unlike my dryer installation, my washer was done right the first time. This was a positive experience with the 3rd party installation team. Although they left me without a dryer, the washer installation was smooth and the washer worked correctly from day one.

The two Geek Squad installers were very careful, seemed both knowledgeable and professional. After the installation I washed a load of clothing and there was a terrible racket that was unacceptable during the wash cycle. I discovered that they had installed the supply hoses without any attempt to uncoil them resulting in them banging against the washer which was causing the noise. I called him and he advised that they could not be straightened out because they were coiled that way by the manufacturer. I said that was unacceptable. I simply disconnected the hoses and uncoiled them with no problem and reconnected them. This corrected the problem.
