Installation was set for 9am and two guys were so efficient that they were done in 20 minutes!! A test wash was given and everything was checked out for total completeness of installation. These dedicated guys were on top of their game and should be given an extra bonus, or a paid VACA day!! They made BestBuy look Good!!!!!

The installers called 15 minutes before arrival and were in and out quickly. They answered my questions and cleaned up afterward.

The home delivery people were awesome. They worked quickly and were very helpful. He even turned it on to make sure everything was working. I'm glad I paid to have a professional complete the task because I would have taken longer and probably messed it up somewhere.

Technicians did a good job installing the washing machine and addressing questions that I had. First question they asked had to do with mask wearing and safety. I appreciated that.

The install went well. They informed me of how to work the washer. And they showed me different ways to hook up the drain hose. Nothing to complain about.

These guys were fast. Within a few minutes, they removed me old machine, installed the new one, and it was working.

Best Buy sent the machine to be installed and removed the old machine for $25. They were careful and started the machine to ensure everything was hooked up properly.

Had Best Buy deliver & install a new washing machine. Got several emails/texts/phone calls to confirm delivery time. Was called 20 minutes before they showed up, as promised. Removed old washer & hoses, installed new washer & hoses all in about 30 minutes. Very professional and friendly. Would certainly recommend!

They called me 30 min before the arrival, they were very cautious with carpet, walls, doors, etc. They explained all the process and together we verified the appliances.
