If I could give 50 stars I would. Installers were amazing and kind.

My washing machine was broken and I ordered a new one. Since I wash almost every day, I really was not looking forward to a long delivery time. Best Buy could accommodate me and I had the washing machine so fast, it was really outstanding. The installation was perfect. The Technicions where very professional.

I was expecting a Best Buy truck but a no name truck showed up claiming to be Best Buy. They did not park in front of my garage but rather round the corner not far from where I live. They unloaded the washer and brought it in. This raised some suspicion because I bought a new item not a used one and I had to go outside where they parked to see if it came in a box or not. I didn't see all this because they parked round the corner. I give them 4 stars because of that. Everything else was okay. They were polite and had masks on everything else okay. Sorry but this is an expensive item a little short of $1K and by nature I don't trust people easily.

They installed it quickly, on time and with no issues

The 2 guys that removed and installed our new Samsung washer where very professional. The carried out the old washer and brought in the new one taking great care to protect our home and our new washer. They were on time and very efficient. They took the time show us how to use our new washing machine. Great experience.

The service was excellent. I was contacted by the installer to see if the product could be delivered earlier due to pending bad weather. The installers were on time, efficient, friendly and helpful.

The installers were very professional and quick in the installation of our new washer. They gave a quick overview of how to operate the machine and started a setting to make sure it was working properly at the time of installation. All debris was removed to the truck and my laundry room was left clean and orderly.

The new washer was installed quickly and works just fine. Have to get accustomed to new settings as washer is very different from former machine.

The delivery team was top notch. The washer would not fit through my sliding door so they quickly adapted and were able to bring it down the steps. Set up was quick. The installer even showed me how to use it. Great team!

Install was OK I Would’ve liked to seen the work done a little more professionally the person doing the install tyed wrapped the drain hose from the washer to the faucet of my utility tub, Other than that I’m happy I have had worse

We receive our washer right on time. The delivery personnel are very professional and very efficient. They quickly remove the old washer and install the new one in a very short time. They are polite and knowledgeable with the product they deliver. First-rate service.

If this is about the 4th scheduled appointment to hook up my washer and dryer, went well. The installation and hook up were excellent. The guys were professional, cordial and knew their business. 5 stars to them.

The two men who delivered and installed my new washing machine and dryer were outstanding. They were amazingly efficient and had both machines unload, set up and taken to the second floor of my house and completely hooked up and running for test in less than 20 minutes.

They came and was very careful to remove the washing machine and very careful to install the new one. Also the installer showed how to operate the machine. Thumbs up !

The delivery and installation was excellent - the 2 gentlemen were were professional and caring with their work and on time.

The Best Buy professionals arrived on time. They connected my new washer, and installed the anti-tip bracket, ensuring it was leveled and test it for basic operation. They had the 6' Stainless-Steel Washing Machine Fill Hose (2-Pack) that I got with them. They even put my old washer in the garage.

I highly recommend having BEST BUY crew install your new equipment professionally, quick and efficient. No headaches! They came on time, checked out the location, proper connectivity and installed unit within 10 minutes. They gave the new washer a solid test run, cleaned up and left. Time and money well spend!
