Best Buy set up the time, they called the day before to confirm; they called 30 minutes ahead that they were on the way. Install was a breeze; made it easy for us. Even did the haul away of old appliances.

I received great service during installation of a new washer. Installers provided a date and time range for install, called the day off to give a more accurate time and showed up on time. They were friendly, professional, installed with no issues and made sure to answer any questions I had. Excellent service all around.

Delivery/Installers were friendly, professional, fast and did a great job. They did not have an extension drain hose which was not their fault.

The installers at Pacific Sales were great. They removed the existing washer and dryer in no time, unboxed and installed the new ones pretty quickly too. I recommend getting new hoses, whether it's through them or on your own, but make sure to get them. It'll save you time and aggravation later.

Best Buy provided congenial and satisfactory delivery considering time and scheduling complications. Things did get installed and done with just a couple of glitches which were handled very well.

So I love the add more water feature. But the washer is noisy. Some residue stays on washer when you have very dirty clothes. Example dirt sand dog hair. Other then that I love the huge capacity.

Easy buy. Just moved into my new place and needed this done while I was at work. Install team came in, hooked up, made sure everything worked before leaving. Great service.

Install went fine up until the machine wouldn’t turn on. They scheduled a tech to come out. I did my own investigating and they tripped the GDIF outlet and just needed to hit reset.

After they hauled our old washer away, they were able to install the washer with ease.

Although we could have installed the washer ourselves, we decided to let the professional do it to avoid having any residual problems. The installation was friendly, competent, and it was FAST! We have had no issues with how the washer works and are very pleased with the installation process.

Excellent installation of my washer. The technician installed it and tested it and it worked well then and continuous to work very well. He made sure the place was vey clean and neat before he left the workplace.

Couldn't be happier with the employees who installed our washer and dryer. Our house is older and has it's challenge with every purchase we make. The two gentlemen got new in and old out very efficiently. Had a couple hiccups with installation of both washer and dryer, but they handled it well and came up with perfect solutions.

The delivery was a breeze that’s to the wonderful service, the men were courteous, knowledgeable about the machine and explained everything to me before they left, I am extremely happy with the delivery and machine.

Best Buy came in and put it together pretty quickly, even had a little snag on where the hose drained as the builder forgot to take a plastic protector out but the installers got it taken care of. They even ran a cycle to make sure it was good to go!
