The two guys that installed the washer were awesome. They were extremely professional, had good communication, and it was a quick installation. Highly recommend anyone who is considering, to just go for it. It makes life easier!

The geek squad did a fantastic job installing my new washer. They took great care bringing it into my home. They were courteous and made sure I didn't have any concerns before leaving and went over my paperwork with me and the return/exchange policy. Thumbs ups to them.

The install professionals were top notch. They were very careful not to scratch my new set but also explained how to use the products just in case I was unfamiliar with Samsung or front loading machines.

Washer works well. Product from General Electric. Fits nicely next to new dryer we bought at the same time. Tools to install worked well.

Instalation and service were free, I would pay for it if it were not. The washer is expensive and I believe that it needs to be professionally installed to insure that it works as intended. It must be level and the delivery parts have to be removed. The delivery, installers were so nice, thoughtful and efficient.

Great installation on my new washer, The installation of my new whirlpool washer was done on the same day it was delivered and I finally got a machine that works. The company I bought my previous machine from, Sears, is the worst and they took one month to install and fix and never finished. Best Buy is the best.

The installation team did an excellent job with bringing items upstairs with no problems. The washer was installed in place and connections completed in a short time. The team of two started the washer cycle and explained the operation clearly.

Delivery and installation was flawless, efficient, and done early! Couldn't be happier with the delivery and installation.

My install people were awesome. They called the day before to give me a few hour window, then called me the day of giving me a 30 minute window. They did a wonderful install with no issues and were cool with my dog. They showed me how to use the washer and dryer and made sure I was happy with everything before they left.

The installer arrived within the specified installation window. He called when about 15 minutes before he arrived. He knew exactly what he was doing and did it quickly and efficiently. He cleaned up after the installation and confirmed that the product worked. I would definitely recommend this installer.
