They gave me a time frame, then called when they were near. Came in to check access area, loaded washer off truck, 2 guys had to carry it in through yard, down 10 stairs, then set it up, adjusting to floor to make level. Showed me the features, started a load to test it out & left. All was just perfect!

The Best Buy team that came out and hooked up my grandmothers washing machine were great! They were kind and courteous. They got everything hooked up and hauled away the old equipment. We were very impressed with the service.

I will say this, I was a little disappointed when they first delivered my washer as the bottom left front side was slightly dented upwards, causing the support leg to be at an angle and it wouldn't adjust. This was in no way the fault of the installers. I would have missed this too because nothing on the crate/carton containing the washer ever indicated there could be even moderate damage, telling me it may have been packaged this way at the manufacturer. That delivery/installation team was very professional, and acknowledged that the item would need to be replaced. Best Buy promptly replaced the washer within one week and it the installation team did a fantastic job. They made sure all of the parts were installed properly, everything was included and they cleaned up everything before leaving, making sure we were satisfied with everything before signing off. In the end, sometimes things happen like with the first washer, that is unavoidable. But Best Buy and their installation team made it right and in the end that is very comforting. I would really recommend them on this!!

No problems with the installers or the equipment coming into the house.

The Geek Squad installation team was awesome. Called prior to arriving, took out the old, installed the new and remained safe during the entire installation with their masks and footies! It was all done within 20 minutes. Thanks Brandon!!!

When the guys came, they got right to it. They took out the old washer and was very careful not to harm anything in my house. Then they replaced the old with the new in no time at all.

The install team were amazing. Fast, efficient, polite and helpful. All this at the end of what appeared to be a very long day. After they installed, they stayed to give a demo and make sure all was working as it should. Wonderful experience.

The delivery guys came in. Followed Covid protocol and installed washer within 20 minutes. Removed old washer for $25. No head or backaches and a seamless process. I’ll never install or remove a large appliance again myself. Let the pros do it.

The install crew was very professional and efficient. The crew arrived when they said they would and only took about an hour to cart away the old washer and install the new one. They were clean and neat and cleaned up everything when they were done.

The delivery and washer installation went just as expected. They installed it with the new hoses we were required to purchase and ran an empty load to show us how to start it. All is good so far after a week.
