Installed by the BB TotalTechs. They did an excellent job. One person was inside unhooking old washer/dryer. The other was outside setting up new washer/dryer. The whole process went very quick.

Two man team hauled new washer upstairs and installed. They completed the task in a good time frame and hauled away the old one. Very nice guys.

Three guys showed up and removed my old washing machine and setup the new one in the time it would have taken me to unbox it. That would be good enough, but these were three really great guys. They were friendly, warm and charming. It was a fantastic experience.

We live in a two story house on a hill. don't know how we could have gotten a new washer in or the old one out without these guys. They were great. They were polite, efficient, went up and down the narrow staircase without dinging a wall. Don't try this yourself. They are worth every penny.

I bought a washer and dryer recently and was pleasantly surprised how easy the installation was. I was originally nervous since we had to get it to the basement through a couple of tight spots, but the installation team did a great job and were finished up way faster than I expected!

The installers arrived on time, removed the old washer and installed the new one timely. Explained how it worked and did a test wash.
