After returning and replacing the original washer that was scratched during delivery, the second installers were much more professional. I guess it depends which crew is making the delivery and install.

I loved this service for many, many reasons. The installation was successful and I was happy because I didn’t have to carry in a heavy washer and dryer. They hooked everything up and tested it to make sure it worked properly.

Delivery and installation was like clockwork! They called during my installation window to say they were 20 minutes away. They arrived quickly and in a matter of minutes, the old washer was out, new one unboxed and then installed and tested. Very professional delivery personnel.

The two gentlemen that installed my washer were great! They were professional, on time, and did the install very neatly. I had questions and they answered them, no problem. I found them to be very helpful!

Washer was purchased after moving. The washer is fine and works well. There were issues with the installation, as an old hook up was corroded and challenging to remove. The service men requested that a plumber was needed and they would come back and complete the installation. The plumber confirmed that the old hook up was an issue. He removed and replaced the hook up. He asked if I wanted him to complete the hook up of the washer, and I said no, because BestBuy service needed to do it. The service at BestBuy readily agreed to come back out and set a reasonable time. (This is now week 3 waiting for installation of the washer.) The service men hooked up the washer and identified that there was a leak and that a plumber was needed. They would come back after the plumber fixed this leak. This caused another delay, as I had to wait a week for the plumber to come back. The plumber identified that the hose was not securely tightened and that there were no issues with the connections or pipes. The plumber completed the installation by tightening the hoses and checked the inflow-outflow without any leaks. The washer works fine. However, I had to pay for the plumber to come out twice; the first was legitimate, the second was not.

BB installation team did a great job with my installation. They actually called me and stated they were nearby and they could install my washing machine a bit early which was great. The area where the installation took place was left clean and tidy and the team was in and out very quickly.
